A fully comprehensive app that solved our complex shipping rules with ease and logic. I had been searching for a way to achieve something I that Shopify couldn't, and ASR came up in every search (Google, AI, everything) that I used to try to solve it. The free trial is forever which takes off the pressure of setup and testing before committing. The big plus is the outstanding, personable customer support! Molly takes her time to gain clarity on what we were trying to achieve, and guided us through right to a successful setup. So grateful.

We have two sites with multiple product groups, fulfillment locations, as well as domestic and international shipping destinations. The rules we needed were fairly complex both to build and to explain. Not only did the app accomplish what we were hoping, the support from Molly included multiple back and forth email replies with extensive documentation, patience, and even videos showing me how to set up the more complicated aspects. ASR is a comprehensive tool which provides users with a very high degree of control over their unique shipping arrangements. In our case, we had several zones within the same city and ASR helped us create individual pricing for each. Molly is an absolute champion and was polite, patient, and helpful the whole way through. We use the Advanced Shipping Rules app on multiple websites. It offers many features, and the support provided is second to none. It is highly recommended for store owners who want to configure a complex shipping matrix with multiple product groups and different rules.
