Software bugs and extremely slow shipping for great products. Edit: for clarity, I am talking about fulfillment time being slow. The order was not fulfilled in a timely manner due to an item being out of stock. This is a larger issue: the app does not properly indicate when items are out of stock, so customers order colors that cannot be fulfilled.
Hi — CEO here, attaching photos of what we shipped! One product held up in formulation, and we waited until the order was freshly formulated for your customer before releasing it to USPS. I see that it's in-transit with ChitChats eco-friendly shipping (slow but cheap!). I'll arrange it to go with 1-2 days USPS at my own expense. The products shipped beautifully though. Lovely logo on these organic lipglosses. My new mascara is amazing. I am allergic to most mascara and I tried viaGlamour. No redness, no itching, no watery eyes. I am about to start a new job and am so excited I may be able to wear makeup. I really recommend viaGlamour and will be ordering more.

I have a new beta store with Shopify. I added the ViaGlamour Cosmetics and a few skincare items and I am so impressed with the quality!! Support is so easy to contact and VERY helpful! The import of products and branding was easy. The look of the products is a great presentation!! I am loving this app!!

The level of care, concern and guidance Keira provided me was top notch. I reached out about an issue I thought was regarding the viaGlamor app, although the issue was not with their app Keira still walked me though the process to disable it to allow my site to work beautifully. (degabeauty.com). I am very pleased and will continue to work them viaGlamor because they have expressed their intension in my success. Thank you, viaGlamor and Thank you Shopify.
