UPDATE: I know that for all business owners it is very important to have an updated review info for an APP that we use. So I would like to give my 5 stars update info on this APP because for more than a year I have never had any issues. Yusuf and Anna are always there to help me enable another feature that comes up. And my conversion rate has risen a lot due to customers leaving reviews and photos. So, do not hesitate to download and trust it. I use this app on three of my store www.maxifashion.bg www.maxifashion.gr and www.cocheti.ro and everything so far if absolutely stunning. I had a great support when needed and they even added Bulgarian language to my Bulgarian store. 5 stars to HelpfulCrowd are minimum of what they deserve.

The helpfulcrowd team are always quickly available for support, via live chat & email, making it so easy to use. I moved my website from a different ecom provider and Yusuf was so helpful - moving all my product reviews over for me. When you don't understand how to do something, he'll just do it for you! Also before I even decided to use helpfulcrowd on the new site, Anna provided all my old reviews as a download to make sure I wouldn't lose anything when closing my old store. I was on the free plan on my old store but will probably keep using helpfulcrowd and upgrade because their service has been good.

I have been using Helpfulcrowd on another platform for some time. It helps us to get more sales. When I transferred the site to Shopify, I have problem to get Helpfulcrowd setup. Luckily, the support team from Helpfulcrowd helps me to setup all the things, including transferring the data from old platform to Shopify and the widgets on Shopify. Very great help from Yusuf , the CS Agent . Thank you so much! Love this Apps and it has free plan with a lot if functions more than enough for us to use. Even a paid plan is worth the money. Keep up the good work team!

I am very happy to be using Helpful Reviews! The customer service is always wonderful. Anna in particular was very helpful with answering my questions and helping me integrate this app into my Shopify store. The overall reviews layout and widgets are very effective and easy to use.
Great app! Easy to use and the service is very friendly and professional. I migrated my store from another platform to shopify and Yusuf helped me out many times when in need of advice or assistance. He really knows what he is doing and is always ready to help. Highly recommended!
I have not used the app yet...Just set it up. I wanted to review Yusuf and Anna for their excellent help over the past couple weeks as I worked on this. (It doesn't take that long to set up..Ii was just doing it intermittantly around 100 other things!) They respond very quickly...even after hours. The chat houses in email as well, so you have a record and can respond in chat or email, which is nice. I'm sure the documentation has the answers to the questions I asked, but I hat wading through docs, so thanks to them for answering all my questions. The app setup is actually easy...navigating the multiple screens takes a little getting used to, but I'm sure it will become second nature in a bit. It's good to have all the info available. I've had a chat experience with another shopify app and it was really horrible...this one is excellent.
