Helpful Product Reviews App

Great support, beautiful app, easy to use and supports videos! Yusuf quickly answered all of my questions and helped me get going quickly.

Happy so far! I recently created our new Shopify store, https://fatflower.com and was have customers ask how to leave their positive reviews so I searched the Shopify app store and found the HelpfulCrowd app. After downloading it, Yusuf contacted me through chat to assist in getting the widget set up for my theme (wasn't automatic because my theme is customized). It took under a minute for him to have me set up and ready to go. Great customer service and I assume the app will be just as impressive as we start to use it--just from browsing the settings, I can see this is more than a review app. Really looking forward to exploring all of the marketing tools that integrate with it!

We (boboandnana.com - we sell vegan pet accessories) switched from Yotpo...way cheaper and better. Yotpo was very buggy and gets very expensive when you start having over a couple hundred orders per month. Customer service (yusuf) also rocks and will get you integrated quickly.

This is a GREAT free app! I had previously installed another free app for product reviews with photo and did not realize the app did not have the function of requesting for reviews. This app does it all! It allows reviews with photo upload AND it sends out review requests. The setting it easy and user friendly. You can manipulate the layout of the review, total reviews and average ratings on category and product page. Ratings/reviews on the product page is available on the top as well as the bottom...where the ratings on the top is clickable which will take you down to the reviews at the bottom for quick reading. AND...this app includes the Q&A which is a great add-on! And the service/support is impeccable! Great job guys! Keep up the good work!

One of the best apps in the App store. 10/10 in terms of functionality, support and price. The other review apps cost much more and do a lot less. Helpful Crowd uses the same review framework as Amazon - so you get the best conversions on your site. I have this app for a month now and even though there are some features that I would like in a different way I am really happy with it. Anna and Yusuf are competent and really helpful. The app helps me collecting reviews and increase engagement with my customers, they can also share media which is a great add on.

I use this app to help me gather reviews from my customers, the app seems to have lots of options. Customer support is great! Yusuf guided me and helped me to get it running in no time at all. Importing from other review apps was impressively easy and quick. Analytics page needs work, but so far so good!

I switched over from Shopify Reviews app, which was pretty basic. I really like the idea of including images and video with review submissions. Also, we needed a way to proactively request reviews for each order. HelpfulCrowd seemed to have just what we were looking for at a reasonable price. Integration into our site (www.baxmax.net) was pretty straight forward, except I could not figure out how to format the widgets correctly. I contacted Yusuf through the chat window and within about 10 seconds he responded and within 10 minutes he was able to log into my Shopify site and fix the formatting. Now that's customer service!!!

I found this app after a very bad experience with 2 other Review apps. First let me just say the user interface is seamless, doesn't look crappy like ones I've previously encountered. I got amazing customer support from Yusuf with helping me import reviews from a CSV file that wasn't properly exported. He even edited my store's theme to add the reviews on the homepage, I couldn't have done it on my own. Outstanding service! Thank you so much, I am very pleased with this app.

I switched to use this review app because it supports video comments, includes Q&A, and invites review automatically. It was not easy to upload previous reviews using their templates, but customer support was great and Yusuf solved my problem within a minute.

I installed this app yesterday so although I haven't used this long term I figured I could share some feedback on the install process. I am using the free plan right now and even though I haven't paid a dime yet, the customer service has been FANTASTIC. Yusuf reached out to me to make sure I was navigating everything ok and even offered to make sure the widget was installed correctly. He fixed the issue I had and I LOVE how the reviews are showing on my products now. If the customer service is this amazing on the unpaid plan, it must be even more fantastic on the paid versions. I wouldn't hesitate to upgrade as my business grows.
