Helpful Product Reviews App

I wanted a strong UGC video review flow to capture customer user experience. Yusuf took his time and explained everything to me step by step then also offered to jump into our site to fix up the widget as it wasn't displaying properly. I highly recommend this app. Also the price when compared to other apps in terms of features makes it value for money. 10/10 for me.

Excellent customer service. More features and flexibility than other review apps Ive looked into including being able to trigger review requests on shipment or delivery which is key for me. Didn't have to touch my liquid file either which was great - their team set me up for everything. Chat help is fast response time with clear communication.

Helpful Crowd is an app that provides amazing service and I'd argue that it has the best layout out for your product reviews. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Yusef, who I say is a "champion of the people". Because not only did he instinctively import all my amazon reviews for me, when I asked him if it was possible to do so in the first place, but he managed to save me hours of time and prevent me from getting any headaches. I will continue to use Helpful Crowd in the future, due to it's efficient and simple to use features and because the service is top-class.

App's been working great so far. Was easy to install, customer service has been very responsive to my few random queries. I really like the "verified buyer" tag to add credibility. Great app!

I'm writing this after being a user of this app for almost a month. Not only does it do reviews and questions and answers Yusuf helped me import several years of reviews that were not csv compatable. I changed themes and Yusuf came to the rescue again, getting HelpfulCroud laid out perfectly in my new theme. Even made the color of the stars match my theme. If you are using a cheap app for reviews. Get HelpfulCrowd so you don't have to worry about them anymore.

This app is the best so far of all the reviews app! I'm using it to show reviews from my customers on my website www.drivestylestore.com I had a problem by configuring the Review Slider on my store so I asked help to the support. We use this app to provide customers a way to review our bicycles, as we are not a main-stream brand, customer reviews are very important in lending credibility to our product, and helping new customers decide to buy one of our bikes. We also like the Q&A function, as sometimes the customers have technical questions, and its great if other customers can see the responses too. So far the app has been great, its easy to integrate the reviews across similar products with different set ups, so that customers all the reviews for a given product, regardless what specification it has. We just integrated the badge in our footer, so show how many over all reviews we have. Yusuf was very helpful in integrating this for us, and didn't mind making small adjustments to get it looking better. He also helped install the review widget on the product pages.
