This app is great for gathering reviews. It simple to use but very powerful. The customer service is great and i cannot fault the team at helpful crowd. Big thumbs up from me guys and girls :)

I appreciate their customer service. It was amazing. I had trouble installing the app, and it was hard for me to install manually. But the staff here helped me to install it immediately. Thanks again.

The app is doing well, and it really makes a difference in sales. When people see that you have real reviews they trust your brand and products more. Their customer support is also great Can definitely recommend them

This Reviews App is really a 5 stars app. There is everything we need and so much customization. Also, they have a Help Section with everything explicated with videos and screenshots. And the support team is excellent.

I use this app to get feedback and reviews from my customers, currently on the free plan, but you can upgrade. I find it super easy to set up and easy to send emails to customers asking for a review. Great app and highly suggest you get it too! UPDATE- I was having some issues with the Widget on my website and I requested some help and I have to say they were wonderful- Anna helped me with this and fixed the issue within a couple of hours.. communication was excellent! Thankyou

By far the best reviews app on the market today. Clean, easy to install. Not to mention giving you some of the best SE0 When it comes to product reviews. Their support staff is second to none and will help you integrate and even migrate the reviews two different platforms. I have over 1000 reviews spread across many different products and I've seen such an uptick in sales over the last few years with using this awesome platform. I would highly recommended.

I have found it very easy to implement HelpfulCrowd and if I came across any issues they were very helpful and quick to come back with solutions

Ian at Helpfulcrowd has great customer service, the app is very easy to use. I would highly recommend this app, the review process seems to be more user-friendly than my previous review app.

I had some problem with the set up, not caused by the app, but probably by some internal issue of my theme. Anna and the HelpfulCrowd crew, helped me from the beginning to now, step by step, everyday and all the time: h 24 week end included!!! Finding guys so passionate and professional it's really awesome and rare today. So skillful and Helpful! You are special and this Review App is more than my expectations! I sincerely recommend it! It is ECCEZIONALE as we would say in Italy ;)

I have read all reviews apps available for Shopify and I chose this application for several reasons: price, several customizable options, send emails (automatic or manual), reviews with or not photos/videos, moderation, autopublish or not, multilingual, several widgets we can place where we want, connect and share reviews on FB or Twitter, customize email templates, reminder emails, thank you email, import orders you've had in the past and send emails requests, etc. And they will add more in the future. There are all the instructions in the app to import reviews. For Q&A we can activate or not this option. We can group several products with the same Q&A, personalized templates emails, etc. If you need help and have questions, the support is excellent and really fast. They made a few more changes for me.
