This app is the best so far of all the reviews app! I'm using it to show reviews from my customers on my website www.drivestylestore.com I had a problem by configuring the Review Slider on my store so I asked help to the support. And Yusuf from the customer service helped me a lot, I gave him permission on my store to do it! Now it looks really nice! We use this app to provide customers a way to review our bicycles, as we are not a main-stream brand, customer reviews are very important in lending credibility to our product, and helping new customers decide to buy one of our bikes. We also like the Q&A function, as sometimes the customers have technical questions, and its great if other customers can see the responses too. So far the app has been great, its easy to integrate the reviews across similar products with different set ups, so that customers all the reviews for a given product, regardless what specification it has. We just integrated the badge in our footer, so show how many over all reviews we have. Yusuf was very helpful in integrating this for us, and didn't mind making small adjustments to get it looking better. He also helped install the review widget on the product pages. WOW!! This app and even more this team is something else.... The app offers more features than the earlier app I had (now on free plan) and you can change so many settings to your personal wishes. But I want to highlight YUSUF (and team) for their endless and always kind help with my 1000 wishes/questions from stupid to even more stupid ;-). Response time within a minute, day and night it seems. Totally out of the ordinary. I had many detailed customisation wishes that were implemented in seconds. This APP is AWESOME. Best review APP so far with reasonable price. Well deserves the 5 stars. The support is incredible. Yusuf got me set up in no time. Reached out to me seconds after the APP has been installed. One can't ask for more than that considering review setup is quite a task which can easily go wrong. Helpful Crowd is the best Shopify review app available. You can check out the app installed on my store at bushcrafts.com I have had several Shopify stores over the years I've tried all the top review apps. Compared them HC is by far the most affordable and it includes ALL the important features that the others don't. You get written reviews, photo reviews, video reviews, and a Q/A section all in one app. There are even more options available. You will have the option to publish responses to customer questions and reviews on your website. Customers can leave full reviews right through their email, including videos and photos. You can send out post-sale review requests by email and there are options to send them automatically or manually. The only thing you cannot do is edit the customer reviews, however, you do have the option to not publish specific reviews (or questions). When I installed the app it was not compatible with my theme. I contacted support through their chat (at 4 AM) and it was fully installed within a couple of hours. Furthermore, Support migrated my existing reviews from my old non-Shopify webstore along with some reviews on other sales channels FOR FREE!! Yusuf was such a great help and I'm amazed at how he went well above and beyond what I expected especially since I was still on the FREE plan!! I recommend using the chat if you need support.
