I use this app to help me gather reviews from my customers, the app seems to have lots of options. Customer support is great! Yusuf guided me and helped me to get it running in no time at all. Importing from other review apps was impressively easy and quick. Analytics page needs work, but so far so good!

Apart from this app being so inclusive of everything you could possibly need in a review app, the customer serice has been outstanding. They practically set it up for me and then Yusuf made the design changes I wanted, making it a sure thing that I would recommend this app to anyone and everyone.

I switched over from Shopify Reviews app, which was pretty basic. I really like the idea of including images and video with review submissions. Also, we needed a way to proactively request reviews for each order. HelpfulCrowd seemed to have just what we were looking for at a reasonable price. Integration into our site (www.baxmax.net) was pretty straight forward, except I could not figure out how to format the widgets correctly. I contacted Yusuf through the chat window and within about 10 seconds he responded and within 10 minutes he was able to log into my Shopify site and fix the formatting. Now that's customer service!!!

I switched to use this review app because it supports video comments, includes Q&A, and invites review automatically. It was not easy to upload previous reviews using their templates, but customer support was great and Yusuf solved my problem within a minute.

I installed this app yesterday so although I haven't used this long term I figured I could share some feedback on the install process. I am using the free plan right now and even though I haven't paid a dime yet, the customer service has been FANTASTIC. Yusuf reached out to me to make sure I was navigating everything ok and even offered to make sure the widget was installed correctly. He fixed the issue I had and I LOVE how the reviews are showing on my products now. If the customer service is this amazing on the unpaid plan, it must be even more fantastic on the paid versions. I wouldn't hesitate to upgrade as my business grows.

Hey there Silver Falls, Thanks for the feedback and we are so sorry that we weren't able to address your issues in real time. We always try to provide real-time support, but it might take us a little longer due to other client requests, as is the case yesterday ;-( We've listened and Yusuf in our care team is reaching out to you directly to get to the bottom of the plan upgrade. In regard to the Safari issue, we've also recently just launched our embedded app and have found a snag in it when using Safari, as Apple has locked down on all cookies. For that reason, we are temporally recommending other browsers until the team can release a fix. The browser is not related to the access to the slider though, that is a plan restriction issue that Yusuf will address with the developers. We apologise for the inconvenience and hope to have all it all straightened out in the near future. We appreciate the continued support and hope to get all these above snags sorted out for you in quick order and get you back to being an advocate. Thanks again for taking the time to write the feedback.

I wanted a strong UGC video review flow to capture customer user experience. Yusuf took his time and explained everything to me step by step then also offered to jump into our site to fix up the widget as it wasn't displaying properly. I highly recommend this app. Also the price when compared to other apps in terms of features makes it value for money. 10/10 for me.

Excellent customer service. More features and flexibility than other review apps Ive looked into including being able to trigger review requests on shipment or delivery which is key for me. Didn't have to touch my liquid file either which was great - their team set me up for everything. Chat help is fast response time with clear communication.

Helpful Crowd is an app that provides amazing service and I'd argue that it has the best layout out for your product reviews. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Yusef, who I say is a "champion of the people". Because not only did he instinctively import all my amazon reviews for me, when I asked him if it was possible to do so in the first place, but he managed to save me hours of time and prevent me from getting any headaches. I will continue to use Helpful Crowd in the future, due to it's efficient and simple to use features and because the service is top-class.

App's been working great so far. Was easy to install, customer service has been very responsive to my few random queries. I really like the "verified buyer" tag to add credibility. Great app!

I've recently set up my online store and added this app because of the great reviews and they were not wrong! Very easy to set up and reviews started coming in immediately www.ecoladies.com.au

I'm writing this after being a user of this app for almost a month. Not only does it do reviews and questions and answers Yusuf helped me import several years of reviews that were not csv compatable. I changed themes and Yusuf came to the rescue again, getting HelpfulCroud laid out perfectly in my new theme. Even made the color of the stars match my theme. If you are using a cheap app for reviews. Get HelpfulCrowd so you don't have to worry about them anymore.
Need some plumbing gear, check out Grigg Industries! We'll take cheap as a compliment and we also like the sound of great value ;-) So glad to have you onboard Grigg Industries and to help you save and migrate your precious reviews collected over the years. Yusuf was able to make the styling changes with the custom CSS editor, but keep a close eye in the app. We're shortly releasing the new star icons and colour options feature so you can pick any colour under the rainbow and even different icons without needing to know any coding or CSS knowledge. This app has great options, easy to use, and versitile. When I was unable to get a feature to work properly for myself, I reached out to support.
