Videowise is an app you want and need for 2022 and beyond. It's an incredibly strategic product that's designed to increase conversions and sales, it's easy to use and integrate, and its team (led by CEO, Claudiu) is incredibly accessible, collaborative, and helpful. My Videowise CS strategist, Babajide, is timely with all support and makes sure I get any answer to questions I have. This was a Must-Have app for our new site, and I'm so happy I decided so.

Testimonials, reviews, and how-to videos have been key to increasing our conversion rate. So we tested several options to play videos on our site. VideoWise came on top on every category; fast loading, super customizable, responsive (it works flawlessly on mobile!!!), etc. On top of that, they added shoppable widgets on the videos to help your customers add stuff to the cart right from the video. Install it on your site and see sales grow!

NEGATIVE REVIEWS NEVER LIE. You know that! I installed the app to my client's store from the very beginning, 2-3 years ago, when they had only a few customers. It worked like a trash, but I was patient. Claudia - the CEO - asked me for ideas to improve the app, and he provided FREE FOR LIFE to my account. Now the app has changed a lot, and a lot of those change were the ideas I shared with them. About a year ago, suddenly his staffs did not give me full access to the app --> Claudiu apologized that nobody in his team knows that special offer Free For Life, they fixed it and gave me full access again. AND NOW, SUDDENLY THAT THING HAPPENED AGAIN! They removed the feature which I was able to use from the beginning, and ask me to pay to use it. THEY BROKE THEIR PROMISE, AGAIN AND AGAIN! They made me feel wrong with my client because I promised my client that he can use the app FREE FOR LIFE which Claudiu the CEO told me. They stole my ideas, they promised good things, they beg me to remove the negative review, and when they get some more customers, they broke their promise. SUCH A HORRIBLE AND UNTRUSTABLE COMPANY! SHAME ON YOU GUYS, EVEN CANNOT KEEP A SIMPLE PROMISE! **************************************************** UPDATED AFTER THE APP'S RESPONSE **************************************************** Blackmail?? Sounds funny PROMISE BREAKER! No worry, I no longer want that feature which you called "premium" while it was promised to be FREE FOR LIFE for my account :)) I have all photos, emails as proofs of what you Claudiu promised me, and I don't mind if anyone asks me for those proofs, just email me [email protected] . I'm telling the truth so I'm not afraid of that. Shame on you guys! One thing I forgot to mention: my client (the cosmetic company) used to blame me because they received a lot of spam emails from you guys advertising for the service, even without a Unsubscribe button. That's annoying, stop it!
VideoWise has notified Shopify regarding this user's harassment of our team and blackmail attempt with this 1-star review. Shopify's official reply: "People like the individual you encountered are an unfortunate but persistent reality in business, it’s extremely unlikely that any app provider will exist without getting some negative reviews. The response you provided to the review was great, and it does a tremendous job portraying what your company stands for and your ongoing professionalism. This will go along way with your current and future clients. - Adam (Shopify Support)" We have respectfully tried countless times to invite this user to a conversation but they have continued this abusive and condescending behavior. We literally saw sales coming through our shoppable videos DAY ONE!!!! It is such a beautiful shopping experience, keeps the customers on your site and feel just like TikTok or IG stories, which people are used to. It makes sense. I couldn't be more impressed with the VideoWise team as well. They helped advise me on how to set it up to increase conversion, convert other videos on my site that weren't shoppable to now be shoppable and cleaned up my branding. It really made a difference! Now I'm integrating it with my SMS campaigns to add shoppable video links to all those as well. I can't to see the conversion when that's done! Videowise is a superb addition to our store. It offers a clean and fast loading way to add videos to our landing pages. And the ability to make videos shop-able by making add-to-cart buttons pop up during video playbacks is a great feature. Much better than embedding youtube videos on your pages (like we used to do). Onboarding process and support is great too. 5/5

VideoWise is an incredible addition to any store. The ability to provide short format, shoppable videos is a game changer. This app helps us do a few things. One, our retention rate skyrocketed, people stay to watch our endless feed of content to educate customers on what Gel Blasters are and how they work. Two, it helped us tremendously with our CVR. The ability to buy the product after watching a few videos is genius and frictionless. Overall, great tool for putting out content and converting your visitors.

Videowise provides the missing piece to our puzzle! We know how impactful videos are in selling our organizational stationery goods, but our site was getting bogged down by embedded Youtube links. Using the technology of Videowise gave us the option to add videos without slowing down our site. We are still learning all the benefits & features, but so far the onboarding has been super easy. The dashboard is very intuitive...and when we've gotten stuck, their response rate was super fast...and of course, they replied with a VIDEO to support their reply. Rich, Liana & Jide each take the time to get to know OUR brand and OUR hurdles and then offer suggestions & solutions how Videowise can help foster growth. There's so few who make you feel like they actually care about how well our site performs after integrating their product. Videowise is an exception! They care! I love my partnership with Videowise because it feels like a true partnership where they care about my hurdles. In a world of "out-of-the-box-one-size-fits-all" solutions, Videowise has set themselves apart by showing how much pride they take in seeing my brand benefit from their product. I encourage anyone who's looking to integrate videos into their site to strongly consider Videowise. If you don't like it, there are no contracts. So why not test drive it?

Since day 1 the VideoWise team has been super helpful and responsive. Liana and Jide did an awesome job at immediately helping our brand place videos in the spots where we wanted it on our website and making impact. I love how the app doesn't actually slow down the website itself either despite having multiple videos uploaded. Definitely a game changer!

It is a great way to play videos and keep people engaged as shoppers. Video is king and VideoWise gives you the keys to the kingdom. Their great staff are always at the ready to be helpful. I recommend the level of service where they help set up the videos and thumbnails.

We've added 700+ hours of time spent on our site by customers watching our videos in the last 90 days alone, with a 15% engagement rate, and a 5% influenced conversion rate. Not only that, but we're able to see what type of content resonates best with our audience and create more of it for TikTok and Instagram :-D Plus the team at VideoWise have been SO helpful in helping us to set everything up. One of the best apps ever! It's one of the only Shoppable videos app that works smoothly and is very affordable too in comparison to rest in market. Team is super helpful.
