Be careful if you get this app and want to cancel your account!, YOU HAVE TO SEND AN EMAIL AND THEY DON'T EVEN REPLY. IVE SENT MULTIPLE EMAILS TRYING TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT with no response! UPDATE; CUSTOMER SERVICE REACHED OUT AND HELPED ME WITH MY ISSUE.

Amazing platform, which makes it easy to use videos from all of your social channels or uploads anywhere on the site. The team is super helpful with setting everything up so it's very smooth and painless to get up and running. I 100% recommend the app.

Videowise is a great platform with many use cases. Shoppable videos on-site, embedding videos off-site, and QR scannable codes. You can do so much with it. Onboarding, customer support, and communications are efficient through Slack. They are truly an extension of your team. You won't get the usual SaaS onboarding call and then they move on to the next. Jide has been an enormous help and I enjoy working with him. And most importantly he gets sh*t done. I am excited to see the analytics in the next 12 months. With just a week since implementing, on-site added time reached 24 hours, and 1034 videos were watched. These are just the starting numbers and I'm confident Videowise will help us increase exponentially once we analyze further. They are constantly taking in user feedback and implementing quickly. Videowise is definitely the main app in our tech stack. Thanks Videowise team and thank you Jide!

I switched over from another video app that was causing all kinds of sales-stopping bugs on our site. Videowise has been a TOTALLY different experience in every way. Videowise not only has better functionality but also a far better UI. Eugen was in charge of my setup and has been so proactive, and responsive and got us launched in a matter of a couple of days with very little work or time needed on my end. Most apps charge for this level of support but Videowise includes the white glove service. I'm so happy with Videowise and can't recommend them enough. 5,000 stars!

The entire team at Videowise is responsive and easy to work with. The onboarding was comprehensive with very few issues. We absolutely love the overall look and feel of the app/videos on our site. The shoppable videos make it easy for the customer to buy. The back end is very straightforward to use and whenever I have questions, the Videowise team is ready to help. We're looking forward to great results with this app. Video shopping is definitely growing in popularity.

Fantastic product, reviewed 5-6 different video UGC platforms and Videowise is the best by far! Very impressed by their team, UX principles, performance, ease of use in the platform, how many edge cases / use cases they have thought through, vision and pace of engineering. This app is a hidden gem, the technology used for this app is incredible. For what the price is, every store should have this app and focus on posting value based content to get the highest returns. We have been using VW for less than 7 days and already tripled our investment and have a conversion rate of 9.25% and this was just the "testing batch" of videos. When we had a small bug(nothing really serious) the CEO personally reached out to us and handled everything immediately. Our focus now after installing this app and seeing the magic is to go all in on VW's onsite/offsite shoppable videos feature. As a company who heavily invest into branding and PR, their offsite video feature is a treasure - as when we have articles written about our products, instead of having still images, now we have a full functional shoppable video on a third party site. Bravo to the VideoWise Team for creating something so unique.

This does exactly what it's supposed to do! Easy to install, looks good, and has analytics that are easy to read at a glance (conversion rate currently 12.79%!). Amazing customer service / onboarding with Babajide.

This is a hidden secret I don't want the world to know about but since the Videowise team have been so awesome with helping me set this up, the least I could do is to leave a review. Love this app, ability for customization and placement of videos on-site and the ability to tag products in video. The analytics dashboard shows you exactly which video and placements are working. It converts better than the conversion rate on the rest of my site. Best of all, support is really great and helpful and always there to help. I 100% recommend it!

My head is just spinning with all of the possibilities Videowise is able to unlock for my business. Everyone I've interacted with has been top notch and I'm very excited to make full use of their tech. I'd been looking for an app that does shoppable videos (and more) and was stoked to finally find them. Videowise makes it so much easier to connect my customers to the right products without asking them to read, I love it.
