Estoy encantada con el trabajo de Johana como account manager en Videowise. Desde el primer día ha demostrado una actitud proactiva, resolutiva y muy cercana. Siempre está disponible para ayudar, resolver dudas y aportar ideas concretas para optimizar nuestro uso de la plataforma. So easy to use! Videowise is user-friendly and couldn't be more simple to understand. Adding UGC video has been extremely helpful for our customers and it takes no time at all to upload and tag it. If I ever do have a question, Carlos is there whenever I need him. Couldn't ask for a better program or customer service rep!

I am dissatisfied after trying it today. It should be a free app actually for it does the same as free apps built for Shopify. Don't install

Fantastico! App bom demais! O app é muito facil de usar, tem muitas funcionalidades, é muito pratico de subir videos, trazer os videos das redes sociais, realmente incrivel a experiencia. Mas realmente preciso dar destaque para o atendimento: (destaque para o consultor Carlos) Suporte sem igual! Oferece um atendimento que acolhe, fazendo o cliente estar muito bem amparado para qualquer situação que precisar. Foi necessário traduzir algumas coisas no app devido a nossa loja ser no Brasil e eles ofereceram todo suporte, modificaram exatamente como precisamos. O Carlos nos acompanhou nas lives, deu sugestões, colocou a mão na massa e implantou e configurou o app, sem precisarmos nos preocupar. Enfim, sem palavras. Excelente!

Was with Tolstoy before , they kept over charging me for services I didnt even need, they really abused their customers. Switched to Videowise, its been 2 weeks, Anastasia was a great help setting up the app and making sure the onboarding is as smooth as possible. thank you !

Videowise has been incredibly easy to use, and the onboarding experience along with the ongoing strategy and support from Carlos has been top notch. The platform has made it simple to integrate video into the customer experience and drive engagement. The only improvement I’d suggest is adding the ability for comments to flow directly into the Videowise dashboard so live hosts can see them in real time.

Very responsive team that helped us with each and every question we threw at them. Platform is easy to use with a plethora of features and customization capabilities. We've still yet to utilize it to the full extent.

Videowise is such a fantastic app and has elevated our site as well as lead to direct sales. Its really flexible - we use various widgets all across our site and offline for email content etc. We love the product integration and using videos in our pdp has been very impactful. Analytics and tracking are great too. The support offered is incredible-our account manager Katarina is really knowledgeable, helpful and super responsive when we need help or when we want to discuss how we can get even more out of the app.

Working with Videowise has been great! The platform is intuitive, beautifully designed, and makes integrating shoppable videos feel seamless and smart. Videowise has elevated the way we present products to our customers. Instead of just static images and descriptions, we can now showcase short, impactful videos that give customers a better sense of how everything works in real life. The backend is user-friendly and intuitive, with a variety of widget options that fit seamlessly into any part of our site. Best of all, the platform is optimized so it doesn’t drag down our site speed—a huge win. And the customer support? Top-notch. Johanna has been amazing—always responsive and helpful whenever we need anything.

Just never saw what justified the cost here. We were going to delete it a month or two ago and only kept it because they'd made our legacy plan free. But then we got our next Shopify bill and they'd charged us $100 again. So now we're deleting and feeling a little salty over the breach of trust... • It's really unpleasant to work with on the backend - just unintuitive in every possible way. • For us at least it doesn't deliver value to justify the price tag. Maybe we're missing some use case but there are lots of apps for embedding social content on your shop for cheaper if that's all your looking for. • Trying to reach their customer service is a non-starter. It's an AI chatbot that doesn't give substantive answers. • The UGC detect feature just wasn't that reliable or robust. It misses a lot of content that other ones pick up - not sure why.
We appreciate your feedback but after further investigation we noticed that you were confused since you are on a legacy $99/mo pricing plan and not on the new free plan. Our customer service did provide a reply in chat support but we never heard back. We have contact you since to offer our assistance in getting the most out of our platform. Never use this app. The employee who was supposed to help me was so rude.

I have experience with other video apps in the past and we were on the market to find an alternative platform that, would not only be reliable but fully featured as well. Pricing is very competitive when compared to other platforms and leads in number of features overall. I decided to give it a try and was really surprised with the helpful and amazing team, especially Stela, Chase, and Johanna. They're really the amazing trio! They were able to answer all of my questions and more than accommodated my specific use-case. On top of that, they have a "success implementation" process of sorts that ensures you hit the ground running whether you're staring new with a video platform or moving from another one like in my case. There are so many features that, I'm still processing and trying to implement for my website. It's not really a dislike so if you're really short on bandwidth, the only bad outcome is not being able to fully utilize all of the features it offers right away. Thankfully, Videowise got you covered with personalized implementation that DOES follow through in getting you to implement most of its features.

We've had a great experience using Videowise! The app has been a game-changer in showcasing how our product works, helping customers engage with our brand in a new way. The team is incredibly responsive and always willing to come up with unique solutions to fit our needs. If you're looking for a seamless way to integrate video into your store, this is the app to use! Highly recommend.

We’ve been using Videowise for our Seventy Eight and Sunny live styling events, and it’s been a learning experience. Super easy to use, and their support/dev team is incredibly responsive, always quick to fix or add features when we need them. We’re excited to integrate more of their widgets as we build out our content, but so far, it’s been a smooth ride.
