Videowise has elevated the way we present products to our customers. Instead of just static images and descriptions, we can now showcase short, impactful videos that give customers a better sense of how everything works in real life. The backend is user-friendly and intuitive, with a variety of widget options that fit seamlessly into any part of our site. Best of all, the platform is optimized so it doesn’t drag down our site speed—a huge win. And the customer support? Top-notch. Johanna has been amazing—always responsive and helpful whenever we need anything.

Just never saw what justified the cost here. We were going to delete it a month or two ago and only kept it because they'd made our legacy plan free. But then we got our next Shopify bill and they'd charged us $100 again. So now we're deleting and feeling a little salty over the breach of trust... • It's really unpleasant to work with on the backend - just unintuitive in every possible way. • For us at least it doesn't deliver value to justify the price tag. Maybe we're missing some use case but there are lots of apps for embedding social content on your shop for cheaper if that's all your looking for. • Trying to reach their customer service is a non-starter. It's an AI chatbot that doesn't give substantive answers. • The UGC detect feature just wasn't that reliable or robust. It misses a lot of content that other ones pick up - not sure why.

I have experience with other video apps in the past and we were on the market to find an alternative platform that, would not only be reliable but fully featured as well. Pricing is very competitive when compared to other platforms and leads in number of features overall. I decided to give it a try and was really surprised with the helpful and amazing team, especially Stela, Chase, and Johanna. They're really the amazing trio! They were able to answer all of my questions and more than accommodated my specific use-case. On top of that, they have a "success implementation" process of sorts that ensures you hit the ground running whether you're staring new with a video platform or moving from another one like in my case. There are so many features that, I'm still processing and trying to implement for my website. It's not really a dislike so if you're really short on bandwidth, the only bad outcome is not being able to fully utilize all of the features it offers right away. Thankfully, Videowise got you covered with personalized implementation that DOES follow through in getting you to implement most of its features.

We’ve been using Videowise for our Seventy Eight and Sunny live styling events, and it’s been a learning experience. Super easy to use, and their support/dev team is incredibly responsive, always quick to fix or add features when we need them. We’re excited to integrate more of their widgets as we build out our content, but so far, it’s been a smooth ride.

Videowise has been a great experience so far for our company. We are just over a month or two in the relationship but so far & the team checks in with us frequently and guides us on additional opportunities to leverage their tool. Luciana, our main point of contact has been amazing! She sends short video clips explaining how different features work, provides regular opportunities for check in, and came to the table with a great list of ideas & suggestions before we even got started. We are a small team so additional work she has put in has been so helpful! I also love how I can ask for a suggestion on how to accomplish something with video and she provides her expertise & I love how she encourages us to bring examples of other video we've seen to see how we can incorporate the idea into our tone of voice. Since this is a new relationship for us, we don't have much in the way of reporting yet as we don't really have many products tagged however, I am already so excited to see how robust the Videowise reporting capabilities are! There is so much interesting data that they monitor and share and I cannot wait to gain some new insights as we gather some history. It's much more in-depth that the previous tool we used.

For Source Beauty, Videowise has been such a great implementation for both our business and user experience. It offers a very easy interface, where we can customize video content to fit our brand’s style, maintaining a consistent look and feel with the rest of our store. The Customer Success team also makes very insightful and strategic recommendations on how we can leverage our social media content and has a very smooth onboarding process as well as a helpful team. We have been exploring ways to better incorporate UGC and video content into our ecommerce website to help drive conversion and Videowise has been a great platform to use to do just that. We've only been live for a few weeks and have seen significant results already.
