Videowise Shoppable Videos UGC

We have been exploring ways to better incorporate UGC and video content into our ecommerce website to help drive conversion and Videowise has been a great platform to use to do just that. We've only been live for a few weeks and have seen significant results already. Integration and onboarding was also super easy and we have loved working with our customer success manager, Luiz, who has been so helpful and brought so many great ideas to the table. Highly recommend!

Love Videowise, pretty sure it had a good impact on our conversion rate within the first week of rolling out some carrousel and video testimonial on PDP. But really what stood out was the onboarding process. Full white glove. Leonardo B has been outstanding even retrieving videos from our social on our behalf and arranging everything. Videowise's support team is second to none! Anastasia is the absolute best! They have been meeting weekly to ensure that our deployment is going well. They went out of their way to debug an issue that was from another app having remanent code in our site. They make very insightful and strategic recommendations on how we can use our video, what type of content they recommend, etc. We already have almost a half a million in revenue tracked through analytics of people who spent time watching our video content on the website. Overall I highly recommend them.
