Videowise has been a great addition to our website, enabling us to smoothly integrate our social content on site and upload content from our community. I particularly like the product-tagging feature which allows shoppers to click on products in an image and add them to basket or view the product page. The platform is very easy to use and Anastasia has been fantastic: very responsive, always helpful and she gives great recommendations.

To my surprise, the CEO of Videowise reached out to me right away and scheduled a call to address my concerns. He patiently explained the aspects I found confusing, which helped me navigate the app more effectively. Additionally, he welcomed my suggestions for new features, acknowledging their potential value. The level of customer support I received was impressive; it truly showed how much they care about user experience. Videowise has been a fantastic addition to our website, and has really helped us to extend the use of the content we create for socials. Set up of the app was very easy, and content is easy to add and update. Our customer success manager Katarina has been really helpful and proactive, offering excellent suggestions as to how we can better utilise the Videowise app on our website and within our email marketing.

Videowise has been a great partner/app to work with! Katarina our CSM has been amazing- very responsive and able to help with set up, questions or issues. The videowise team has also been very open to suggested improvements to their backend to make the app more user friendly. Since using Videowise we have seen a 10% increase in revenue and plan to expand to our other websites.

We've been using Videowise since June and it has changed the way we interact with our customers! We've been properly using Videowise for a few months now and it's been a great addition to our website. We have strong video content on socials which we've now been able to bring over to our website and integrate easily. The platform is extremely easy to use and any time we've had any issues/questions Anastasia has been amazing with responding quickly and helping us out whilst also providing valuable recommendations to optimise our widgets.
