I have used the app to create a few product videos thus far. It is easy to navigate on laptop but not on phone. I love having the ability to select the photos to use, music and design. The function to add your brand colors to integrate with your desired look is awesome! My videos average 30 seconds and that's enough to grab attention. The music feature is not allowing me to hear the music until after the draft is created. I hope this feature will soon work correctly. But never fear, you can always edit and select another music source or no music at all. But their options are perfect for a catchy advertisement! The videos are professional and text can be modified or added as well as selecting your brand font & color choices for each video you produce. Links for customers to make the purchase make this the absolute best video creator! Integrates to allow posting to Facebook business page, YouTube, website and they've announced Instagram is coming soon! I'm giving it a 5 star rating even though there are some things I'd love to be different about it. It has been a great resource and I recommend everyone give it a try! Just plan to use laptop and not your mobile! Keep the updates coming Videofy!

This app is fantastic! Just what I was looking for. It makes your product promotion much easier with video+photo+music all in one ready to use. It takes only a few minutes to pick up the usage, however the simplicity does not offset the built quality of the video. Very recommendable tool.

I like this app. It would be great if there is a way to showcase an entire brand or store too though. I can only seem to make videos for products. Not bad!

I had trouble getting the text colored so I tried to get help and was very disappointed to find their "help" was a service ticket system, which means a very long wait time for actual help. After I posted my first review here, I was given a work-around-- a page was emailed to me that should have actually appeared on their help page (if they had one). Why did I have to open a service ticket to receive that? It should be easily accessible so users can help themselves without having to wait for someone to answer a service ticket! I sent a follow-up question after the first response I received but it's been 2 days and I still haven't gotten an answer to that question, specifically, why the colors on the Theme Customization page won't save! As I said before, I'm happy to continue upgrading my reviews but I really need someone to address this! It takes far too long to get help with this app.
