There's no way you can cancel your subscription within the user account.
Hi, thanks for the feedback. Visually subscriptions are managed through Shopify, and cancellation is completed by uninstalling the app from your Shopify admin. Our support team shared the uninstall steps from our Help Center. Once the app has been uninstalled, feel free to let us know and we’ll be happy to confirm from our end that everything is fully closed.

This platform is exactly what any CMO needs to bridge the gap between data and action. It is hands-down the most efficient way to increase conversions because it takes the guesswork out of consumer behavior. The UX is incredibly intuitive, which is a game-changer. It removes the technical friction and saves our team tons of time on test creation. Instead of managing tools, we’re now focused on scaling what works.

Visually are an excellent partner for A/B testing! We have been highly impressed by their ability to customise tests in house and by the speed at which they develop new features for experimentation. If you have a Hydrogen storefront and are shopping for different A/B testing tools you should just save yourself some time and go with Visually. We've tried a few different options and Visually is unequivocally ahead of the pack, both in terms of initial setup and testing execution. The documentation and technical support is exceptional, the interface is clean and intuitive, and the analytics is incredibly helpful in terms of parsing out audience segmentation. Our CRO expert has been brilliant - she quickly immersed herself into the brand to understand our product catalog and customer demographics. Visually's CRO tools help us identify what does and does not resonate with our audience, and perhaps more importantly, they make it easy to translate those insights into winning customer experiences.

Visually has been an incredible asset to our team, allowing us to test and add features at industry leading speed. Their platform is incredibly user friendly and we particularly appreciate how easy it is to customize A/B tests without code. Beyond the tool itself, the team behind it is incredible. The development/tech team is extremely fast and responsive. We’re always impressed at how effortlessly they transform briefs into experiences without needing strict guidelines. Their CSMs are also so great to work with, always providing meaningful insights and consumer-first driven ideas that always make measurable impacts.

Great team and always come to the table with ideas. They are very hands on helping set up experiences and will hop on an adhoc call when needed if we are struggling to set something up. Also help us read our results and dive in further to segment insights.

The Visually platform is easy to use and tests can be set up in minutes with no code needed. What's even better, is their amazing and supportive team who are constantly helping us execute complex tests to inform our strategic decisions. Visually.io has been an incredible addition to our Shopify stack. The app makes it so easy to customize, test, and optimize our storefront - all without needing dev time. It's unfortunate that we've had to leave a bad review for this app. We were looking for something easy for our team to A/B test product images. After believing the misleading advertising and description that the app will allow us to test "EVERYTHING" in minutes including product images, we went ahead and installed the app. After struggling for a week to set up a simple image test we booked a support call and were told (very bluntly) that we cannot test product images, and will need their developers to set it up. The support person was not very supportive and was not able to make the app do what was promised so we had to end the call early. Now, several days after removing the app, we are still finding code being inserted into our orders. We have contacted support again. Hopefully they will do something about this so we don't have to report and escalate this to Shopify.

Our team worked with you across multiple calls and emails to support your image-testing goals. To clarify: 1. Visually does support product image testing on select plans, and we offered to configure your test for free. 2. You uninstalled during the free trial, so no charges were applied. 3. No Visually code runs after uninstall, what you noted were attributes retained from carts created before your uninstalled. We’ve also updated our site wording to avoid any confusion, thanks for that recommendation! If you’d like to revisit testing or need further support, we’re happy to help and can set this up complimentary as offered.
