I enjoy this app a lot and the support I received was amazing! I needed some customizations to make the Product bundle module displayed the way that I wanted. Review based on initial impression and customer service. I only downloaded the app yesterday so it's too early to make a rating on effectiveness. Applying the features is easier than any other app I've used. There's no requirement to go into the theme liquid and paste code etc, everything just seems to work right from the vitals dashboard and is live on our site in seconds. We have a lot of apps installed and I think site speed seems a bit laggy, but most likely I can go in and remove most other apps as Vital performs most of the same features. Customer service excellent so far (Costin C helped me). In seconds Costin updated some of the styling so it matched our site colours, and also explained some things I was confused about. Very impressive.

We like this app very much. It includes many different functions, which almost completely meets our needs, but some functions are not so easy t to use, such as the comment function. If it could be like LOOX, then it is really great; Their support team responded in a timely manner and will help you solve the problem quickly. Recommend

We have been using the app for +8 months and we are so happy with it. It's the kind of App that you don't want to delete because the value is here, the the features are here, the saving is obvious, the support is +5 stars (might be one of the best within shopify community), and the team at Vitals is awesome. Hope they keep this high quality for long enough and keep improving the features offered.
