Honest review: I'm sticking with Vitals due to the functionality (which is great) but the customer service team leave much to be desired. I'd advise others to be cautious when getting this app: the Dev team are a bit all over the place which can lead to a negative impact on sales due to errors whilst things are getting set up. I worked with Michael & Miriam G. Numerous mistakes were made with my LIVE theme for customers to see, which I believe had a negative impact on revenue, including: 1. Putting live a product suggestion where the last 2 letters of the product were chopped off 2. Putting live a banner which told the customer they could get a gift when they hit a certain spend threshold, but the gift did not appear in the cart 3. Instead, making it look like a certain product *had* to be added in order to get the gift 4. Duplicating my "you may also like" product suggestion section on my product pages, so we had two of the same. 5. They also disabled an offer which was generating revenue These things made my site look spammy and cheap, despite us being a premium brand. My sales were much lower than usual today and I do not think this was a coincidence, given that their page was live for hours before I noticed the mistakes. On top of that Miriam G wasted hours of my time telling me she was assisting with set up and going back and forth over email, in the end to not actually achieve or do anything. She is also responsible for enabling two things I specifically asked her not to enable, again making my site look unsightly and spammy. This was super disappointing to see and no apology has been received from her yet. There is also absolutely no accountability. When I asked them what was going on, one rep had the nerve to say "we are not sure who disabled this". Well it was obviously someone from your team - not me, given I've not been working on it? Michael has since helped me sort all the issues and been helpful with my queries, which does go some way towards making up for my experience and hence why I've given 3 stars. However, this does not fully make up for my 1* experience when I first downloaded the app! I would like a manager to review my experience as all the problems caused seem very unavoidable had care been taken in the work carried out. I would really advise the CS team to be more mindful of what they are doing, especially when making live changes to a customer site.

Great apps, could have more visual/aesthetic customisation options, and they used to always have a live chat feature which is now mostly disabled.

I'm pretty happy with it so far. There's things I like, things I don't like. I don't like the fact that I can't put a photo in the subscribe pop up. The generic ones are pretty ugly IMO. I don't like how when you create 2 different bundle spend upsells, the system goes to the lower one only and won't show both. I would like to see the first one give 10% off if our customers get to $150 and then once they hit that spend, another pop up should prompt them to get up to our 15% off bundle spend of $250. I also find the email service very expensive at $300/month. That's insane.

Interferes with automatic discounts within Shopify. The "bundle and save" feature of this app keeps adding extra discounts that it should not be in the cart (on top of the automatic discount from Shopify). Then when the correct price is shown at checkout, with only the automatic discount, I have disappointed/angry customers. They fixed this for my previous automatic discount after some back and forth emailing, but it's annoying that I would have to do that every time I change my automatic discount. It's Black Friday, I don't have time for that. Other than that, it's been a useful app. The reviews feature is probably the one I get the most use out of.

Hello there! Thank you for your feedback. The Vitals app has a lot of upsell types that can be used without needing to create a discount code from Shopify. We sent an email with a more in-depth explanation of our upsell offers and recommendations on when to use them according to active campaigns.

We do experience a lot of troubles with the "free gift" part. This does not go smooth at all. But the service of Kliphord D. is amazing! Super fast for adjusting designs on the our webshop. Thank you for your service!

Una aplicación que llevo usando más de 1 año, en general está bien, tuve algún problema con alguna compatibilidad con una de las aplicaciones y otra aplicación pero quizás es culpa de la otra aplicación, no lo sé seguro. Intentaron ayudarme todo lo posible, eso es verdad.
