Wow! This is an amazing app. It does so much, yet is easy to set up and use. And by switching to VITALS' multi-functional app we were able to get rid of several others, which had a positive effect on our site speed. Not only is the app great, the customer service support is first class and 24/7. Our emails have all been answered within minutes, and the responses have been clear, accurate, and effective. We tried to think of some negative things to say about VITALS, just so this review wouldn't seem so one-sided, but we couldn't. It's a great app with great customer service. Our only regret is that we didn't discover it sooner.

this is an amazing app that provides an "all in one" solution and helped me cut down so many other apps and save costs and the support team was exceptional in helping me and delivering instant front end customizations of the ux of how some of the features appeared on my website, would highly recommend

I just added this app to my store! I love that it has alot of functionality all in one! There was a bit of back-and-forth needed with support to get everything positioned and working correctly but the support team was very quick to respond and very helpful! Definitely recommend this app!

Been using the app for about 2 months now. It is very easy to use, no need to add any sort of code. Just activate each app and that's it. I highly recommend it! The support is also very efficient and answered my questions in a matter of minutes (even in the middle of the night)!

Have used this app for many of our sales, and there are so many features that helped us boost our sales. Also great support team who managed to help me fix some issues and fast turnover time too. Overall, great app with a good support team.

I stumbled on this app by accident as i was looking for a different completely different app, i decided to do the free trail and see how it goes. I have now deleted other apps which has saved me money. I love how everything is all in one place and its so easy to use. If there is anything that you are unsure about well the customer service is there 24/7 and i must admit that they are brilliant. There are apps within this app that i had never even had thought about but after using them it just made sense. Thank you Costin C. and the rest of the customer service team who i have spoken too.

I used the app for a couple of things but most recently to help me import customer reviews from existing products. The team at VITALS help me import my reviews and tutored me so that I'll be able to do it on my own next time around.

This app runs smoothly, quickly, and offers so much value for the price. Reymond helped me fine-tune some settings to get everything looking perfect, and he knocked it out of the park! I appreciate the ownership he took, going above and beyond my requests! So far, I'm extremely pleased.

Yes, we won't say anything new: the best app regarding the price/value ratio! Definiately 5 stars, you can't give less! Though we use now "only" 13 apps of Vitals, these 13 are extremely useful. And maybe 1 or two will be still added later, or use temporary, if needed (like announcement, wheel of fortune...). If you have a less developed Shopify theme, you can easily use even 20-30 options of it at once (without having speed issues). Then you can calculate, what you get for your money :) The 6th star would be its ease of use. Thanks Vitals! Update: now we use 17 apps. Can't imagine life without VITALS anymore...these guys are amazing, beside the great app they work fast and a lot on customer service...which can't be easy.

Love the app they keep adding new features, all the functionalities your store can need at a flat rate! Have been using them for a year now, recently ran into something that needed help from their support team, they helped me resolve it in 10 mins! Love it!

The customer support is really great. The Vitals app is very helpful to increase the conversion rate.
