This is A great app. it has almost everything I need and it saves me so much money. There are videos to help you with getting everying to work the right way and they have great customer service. If you are not using this app you are missing out!

I'm using about a dozen of the Vitals apps so far and they are all working great and add lots of various functionality to my store. I had issues with a couple of the apps not working quite right and Vitals support responded quickly and always had a fix within hours. Vitals is a great value for the amount of features you get and the apps all "play nice" with each other.

I use the app to show BOGO discounts and another discount on a product page. Even though there are some limitations with the app, those are mostly cause Shopify is just too dumb. The support has been great, Leony and Michael are top, they explain everything in a way you understand and they are super fast responsive, I appreciate that a lot. The app has many more stuff but so far I've just used those two mentioned.

This was a great addition to the store. I was able to boost revenue and give my customers great discounts. Also, Vitals customer service is great, very responsive, and helps fix your problems. I would recommend this app. They do offer a 30-day free trial.

Vitals is amazing!! It has so many app features all in one that you really don't need many other Shopify apps to optimize your store. Their support is also great if you have questions and need help. I highly recommend it! The only downside is that the app doesn't work with Recharge, our subscription app, to upsell because it has a different checkout. If they could collaborate with the ReCharge software then that would be a home run!

Great app and awesome service from the team! Always happy to help and do it really quickly. This app has so many features of multiple other apps we had on our store and downloading it has meant we also save so much $$ by just having one app rather than several.

One of the best all-in-one apps. They have everything you need. You are only paying the price of 1 app to enjoy the amount of function equivalent of 10 apps, if not more.. Most importantly, the support team was responding so fast and are helping with all the custom changes. Really good They have made at least 50 changes for us.. and we exchanged email every couple of hours. So good!

Can't praise enough how good the Vitals team is for fixing and accomodating the custom needs of our website, they respond extremely fast and get on with the fix straight away, and with photos and videos to show you the corrections. this is the best customer experience we have had out of Shopify app support, well worth every penny of the subscription and will continue! We've used VITALS for a few weeks now adding more and more functionality as we go. We started with pre-orders and while it didn't work immediately for our site due to our custom code, the support team made it work very quickly and efficiently, they are very good at what they do!
