This is an AMAZING app. I have completely transformed my business from a simple online store to an interactive and exciting store that I'm sure will provide me great returns as well as a great and positive experience for my customers. I so enjoy all of the features. The tutorials are very helpful. I have reached out via chat and email with questions about certain apps or features (even during off hours) and someone is "always" available and happy to help so "THANK YOU" very much to the Vitals 40+ team and for this absolutely wonderful product! I definitely plan to keep it and I highly recommend it!

Not only is this a one-stop-shop for so many needed and useful apps... it does not suck loading speed (VERY important)... but if that weren't awesome enough, their support is lightning-quick and top shelf! They custom-matched my theme fonts and colors in less then 90 seconds. Like I said, TOP SHELF! So grateful for this incredibly user-friendly super App and their super helpful, friendly, capable, and professional team! Thank you, VITALS!

This app has already helped with some assisted sales and I'm just getting started. Had some issues with integration and jumped on live chat and within 5 mins it was fixed by Costin C, no waiting, no fuss, just perfect, helpful and quick. Defo a great app, can't wait to see what it can do for my conversions. Recommended!

VITALS app is awesome with so many features, not only that customer service is awesome too. Reached them on live chat and Jed D responded less than a minute, helping me to do some customization to suit my theme in less than 3 mins. Highly recommended!

I would like to thanks Vitals'support, John and Leony. I wanted to change some presentations (colors, to remove some words...) in my differents offers. For that I needed help because we had to change some codes. They help me so quickly and so efficacely ! Do not hesitate to ask them some help if needed :)

Vitals is exciting like opening Christmas presents. Exploring all the apps takes time and so far they all work out of the box. If not – team is very helpful and fast in fixing small problems. You don't need to use all the apps – Vitals is still a bargain.

Amazing app! I've been using it for almost 2 months now and the assisted conversions have been more than paying for the app itself, definitely worth every penny! There are a lot of useful apps bundled together in one app, and you are actually getting great value as similar apps go for 5-10 dollars each at least per month elsewhere. Also when all the apps are displayed in one interface, it allows for easier app management/app support, and there are fewer issues with clashing apps as you are going with one developer (especially when building bundles and upsells). Great work guys! One thing I would love to see in the future would be a mass sale editor app (Shopify only display automatic storewide sales in Cart, for storewide sale to show up on product pages, you would have to edit every product's compared at price which is impossible when you have a large inventory. It would be wonderful if Vital could add an app where it would display storewide sales on product pages (Currently using an app called Sale & Discount Manager for this function, would be amazing to see this in VITALS so I don't have to pay for another app).

The first time I used VITALS, I was immediately impressed by how easy it is to navigate. Quick tutorials are easily accessible for each feature... and there are PLENTY of awesome features! I love that I can easily manage my upsells, bundles, reviews, etc. all from one central dashboard. I am equally as impressed by the A1 level of customer service they've provided so far. The fact that they offer 24/7 assistance is a huge plus as it makes it easy to manage my business on my schedule. Recommended!

I just started using the app. After few times, the chat box icon couldn’t change Color. Contacted support team. Reymond & John were very responsive, patient & helpful. Wonderful!
