It is not so much the number of APPs but it is the well-thought-out execution of those numerous APPs that really is the most pleasing aspect of these programs. As well many of us experienced with e-commerce often see the word bundle and we assume last year's tech, rest assured this is cutting edge. This is a wonderful APP in which I can assure you, will occupy much of your time exploring all the incredibly useful options and will yield incredible satisfaction once you realize you made an excellent decision in onboarding VITALS. We haven't even fully explored all that it offers yet, but its already an amazing deal for what we have gotten from it. It's so nice to just pay one reasonable fee and get all these little apps bundled together.

When they say " 24/7 heroic support", they mean it!!!!! If I could give them 10 stars I would. I cannot believe the level of service and customization they have done for me. I'm sure they are tired (but very patient) of me asking for edits, but they do it almost immediately, if not within a couple hours. So far I'm using about half of the features, and really pleased with all. My ONLY "wish" is that the Presell feature worked a little different, maybe they will make those changes (please). I wish these guys did a "Stocky" purchasing app, as everything they have done is AMAZING!!!!! One wish I have is that when there is a product review, there was a quick option to copy that review to the same products (just different color), Thanks for being patient support team, especially Reymond, Zeus, Michael and John.

For the price and to get so many features, it's by far my favourite on shopify. I use: upsell bundles, banner, visitor replays, product tabs, geolocation redirect, and more! Also, their support team is incredibly helpful. I've only run into one issue with my bundles and international pricing, but they're helping me to fix it and providing top notch service. They also have short-term and longterm roadmaps to show what to look forward to next. And you can upvote what you're looking to see. Love it.

It´s not the cheapest app but in fact with all the possibilities you get it´s still a good deal! The support team is the most friendly and helpful I ever encountered within all the shopify apps!

Vitals is a tremendous value. I "only" use about 19 of the 40+ apps on our site, but they've had a major impact on our site. Everything matches our theme perfectly and, unlike many apps in this app store, they load extremely quickly, without slowing down load times. If I were to add a feature to the app, it would be an announcement bar option, or some other display option, to provide some clarity for the currency app for those of us using multiple currencies. In other words, when we display prices is $ AUD or $ CAD, shopify dictates how the currency shows up and it actually omits CAD or AUD and only shows the dollar sign. Since shopify controls this, some kind of popup or bar that says "prices displayed in Australian or Canadian dollars" would eliminate confusion, because we've had a lot of questions. Again, this is no fault of the app. It's how Shopify displays currency when a site uses multiple currencies and it's very, very confusing.

This app is a combination of 40 different apps. It is a very good opportunity to collect all this app in a one place. However, i think some apps should be continued to develop.

What I do like the most is that even if the features you require in certain apps are not yet available or not suitable to your needs, you'd quickly got a repsonse and 9/10 times this feature would be manually integrated for you!
