The app is GREAT is getting better. The 24/7 support is out of this world. It does many of the things Conversion Bear does and more -- and for way less money. I'd say that while the overall quality of some of the upsell/cross-sell widgets isn't 100% on par with Conversion Bear, the support team is willing to help customize them for our site as best as possible. If you plan on using Vitals for upsells/cross-sells, or anything that manipulates the cart price, then THIS needs to be the only app you have that can manipulate the price, or else the cart gets a bit funky. I wish that the Volume Discount widget was a bit better designed. Currently, if your discount starts at quantity=3 and the user only has quantity=1 in the cart, the widget won't try to upsell in the cart. I also wish that we could easily upload our own badge designs. It would also be nice to be able to assign badges per product type. ...anyway, this is all me being pretty greedy. Overall, I really like what this app does, and look forward to seeing more features. Thank you to the great support team.

Great all in one app, it really is an all in-one integrated app for every shopify store that is willing to standout and enhance the store at every from seller to customer, without forgetting their amazing customer service and prompt response. I'm definitely recommending!

Signed up for this app to simplify all of the different improvements we wanted to make to our store - boost revenue, improve conversion, improve UX etc. Whilst we are not technically minded we found the app really quite easy to navigate, tutorial vids are really useful and the support by email is very responsive and helpful. We've seen good results on the apps we've implemented so far. The best thing by far is navigating and monitoring and updating all these features from one app and not have 15 different apps + it helps add more functionality on the site without massively impacting the load speed. Well done to the team at VITALS!

I used this app to help me track the visitors on what are the actions they did during their website visit. It would be nice if we could get the data or download the data. I also used other apps from time to time.

Been using vitals for a month (only 5 out of their 40 apps so far). One control panel, all working together flawlessly, no theme code install necessary and amazing support (chat-based with instant fixes). I absolutely recommend them.

This is an AMAZING app. I have completely transformed my business from a simple online store to an interactive and exciting store that I'm sure will provide me great returns as well as a great and positive experience for my customers. I so enjoy all of the features. The tutorials are very helpful. I have reached out via chat and email with questions about certain apps or features (even during off hours) and someone is "always" available and happy to help so "THANK YOU" very much to the Vitals 40+ team and for this absolutely wonderful product! Not only is this a one-stop-shop for so many needed and useful apps... it does not suck loading speed (VERY important)... but if that weren't awesome enough, their support is lightning-quick and top shelf! They custom-matched my theme fonts and colors in less then 90 seconds. Like I said, TOP SHELF! So grateful for this incredibly user-friendly super App and their super helpful, friendly, capable, and professional team! Thank you, VITALS!

This app has already helped with some assisted sales and I'm just getting started. Had some issues with integration and jumped on live chat and within 5 mins it was fixed by Costin C, no waiting, no fuss, just perfect, helpful and quick. Defo a great app, can't wait to see what it can do for my conversions. Recommended!

I would like to thanks Vitals'support, John and Leony. I wanted to change some presentations (colors, to remove some words...) in my differents offers.
