Customer service is excellent. I am in setup phase and in all fairness there is little need for customer service as it is very simple to use, the descriptions are short and snappy but spot-on, and the videos are excellent. However, I have contacted Customer Service via chat twice now and in one case it was fixed in less than a minute, and in the other case not only was the issue sorted but I also got a recommendation for an extension to my browser to assist.

The tech support team is seriously amazing. So quick to reply and so helpful. There is a tiny bit of room for improvement on some of the apps included, like having an option for the payment logos to be displayed in black so it better blends in with website aesthetics and I also think the Upsell/Cross sell options. Would be great if they could be displayed in the cart drawer/ajax cart instead of a cart page but I'm sure they are happy for suggestions. I do recommend this app though!

Really great app and very helpful team. Every time we have a question they are there to help us and solve the problem. It is also quite user friendly. We totally recommend it!

Have to say this app is way beyond my expectation, all function works well even with page builder. Great compatibility. And the support team is just amazing, swift reply with professional advice. These guys know what they are doing.

I am using this app for many things, so far everything is great. I had a small hiccup with my Pop-up for email captures, but Shiela Ann P. was extremely helpful and even helped me customize the colors and font to match my store, so Awesome! Thanks again Shiela!

We use a number of options from this app and they've been simple to use and the customer service has been outstanding. They are quick to answer emails/messages and solve the problems so fast. Would highly recommend!

very nice app it has all the features which a store need it and its very quick and easy to set up, especially for a newbie who don't how to code and their support team is also very quick, I have got several time having some issue minor one related to colour-changing it was done within few minutes great app and new features keep coming in.

These guys are so amazing! They fixed 2problems I had in under 5minutes. Super quick and they don't fluff around. I'm so impressed with how many apps they have, I'm deleting all my other apps!

Great app it does all it says. We have been able to get rid of a ton of different apps in favour of this one. Makes it easier to integrate, and more seamless would reccomend.

Cette application est géniale, la meilleure sur le marché car elle fait tout et donc remplace des dizaines d'applications à elle seule. Juste le prix au début nous fait hésiter mais ça se rentabilise vite dans la mesure ou elle nous fera économiser et gagner...Le service client est top et répond à une vitesse surprenante! Bravo et bonne chance pour la suite :)

We've only been using the app for a day and the support has been a revelation. We needed help with some customization and the VITALS team not only responded in less than an hour, they continued to answer my follow up emails as soon as they were sent. Will continue to use this app and update my impressions as we get into it more. For now: super happy!
