I absolutely love this app! It is very easy to use and organized so that I am not overwhelmed with all that it has to offer. It had all of the apps that I had been looking for plus some that I had never considered! Not only that, but they include how-to videos to help in setting up & understanding each sub app within. The customer service is fast & wonderful. They are constantly adding new features and are also very open to hearing what their customers are looking for so that they can work on incorporating it in the future. This app truly took my store to new levels and they completely have my loyalty! Highly recommend

So far so great. Fantastic features, easy tutorial videos, and excellent customer service. It almost feels too good to be true. My only request would be to have more WYSIWYG editing of the look and feel of the features. I wish I could change the colors, fonts, and styling a bit easier.

There are a lot of useful apps in one. Some of them are not too customizable but you just need to ask support and they will do the changes and customizations for you!

Quick service, Fixed all the issues in a jiffy, and have everything I have been looking for, the perfect app! Updated- Honestly the best customer service ever! I am by no means a web designer. I took on the challenge of completing our website myself, after hiring someone; and they failed to produce any results in three weeks. I had already started the design, I simply needed to add all the technical bells and whistles, social media buttons, gift cards, reviews, etc. Well, as I learned that's the most important part and the most tedious of a website. But Vitale made it extremely easy for a beginner like myself. Their videos are very informative and will walk you through the process step by step. And if should get stuck after that customer service is 24/7 and quick to respond. Even in the middle of the night. I never waited more than an hour for a response. Also, I don't want to forget. The main reason, I considered Vitale was because all the apps I was using were slowing down my website. Using Vitale, I was able to delete several apps, and my speed has already increased 11 points.
