Vitals is awesome! So many great features and the BEST customer service. I send them an email with a question, and less than 5 minutes later I get a detailed response, and they've gone ahead and fixed the problem for me! Really happy with Vitals thus far!

We use Vitals for our bundling app and some other features. It's a pretty great app that covers a ton of ground and is user-friendly. That said, the cherry on top is how responsive their customer service team is. Top shelf for sure!

This is a many-in-one apps. There are many available ready-to-go applications that are easy to use and have been tested without conflicts. The supports I need have been great - fast response, knowledgeable, driving to solutions, and friendly.

I have already installed the countdown function, and the customer service staff helped me a lot during the installation process. In addition, the plug-in function is really powerful, and I will continue to study the included functions.

It does everything we need and more. The price is exceptional, and it means we don't have 15 different apps all slowing the page down with endless unnecessary features. The support has been excellent - Costin replied almost instantly to my questions about moving over from another app. Cannot recommend this enough!

This app is a no-brainer and it must be the best app on Shopify? I have to say the staff has been very helpful in helping with some specific placements of the apps or if ever I had a problem getting anything to work. I am using a number of the apps but these are the main features that I think help with conversions 1. Product Bundles 2. Volume Orders 3. Pre-Orders 4. Recently Viewed 5. Related Products 6. Shipping Information 7. Wheel Of Fortune 8. Currency Switcher I use many more but these I believe are defiantly a must-have to help with conversions. So good I disable some other apps that were offering similar features. I also like they are very transparent with the road map and seeing that they will also support pre-cart upsells and bogo will also be great features. In time I am pretty sure they will have every feature imaginable.

The app options are really well laid out and easy to set up and place on the store to suit. The support with pretty much instant and exceptional.

I wanted this for my shop, primarily for the popups to show what others have bought and for recommending other items to purchase (which wasn't an option with my theme) - and I love how well both of those work, BUT there is so much more with this app! Showing that I am running low on stock and the countdown until a sale is over has really increased my sales. I had an independent audit done from a business that specializes in SEO and e-commerce marketing and they said the alt tags look great, which is a huge feature to not have to do yourself. And now I will also be adding volume discounts to encourage shoppers to buy more. I also now use the feature that prevents people from copying my images and text, as I found some of my items were stolen and sold in another shop - so hopefully that helps. All of this is really awesome, but what really sets this app over the top is the amazing customer service! You have an issue or question? You will get an almost IMMEDIATE response! Love it!!!

Vitals offers many useful apps under the same roof which is very handy. I am using a dozen of those apps mainly to improve the customer experience on the site. And their customer service is very fast, friendly and efficient. Definitively recommend using Vitals.

For sure the best app for Shopify. it doesnt seem...but in the end i removed any search app, i removed tabs, i removed anything Vitals can do...just cauz it does better anyway. i really hope soon they will add wishlist and re-stock alerts...cauz everything i found til now, slow our site soo much. thank you to Reymond today for his patient and his great job. Cheers guys

Love the facts that it integrates lots of features into one compact app instead of having too many apps. Thank you so much and also looking forward to more valuable and useful integrations!!! We have used pop up s to collect emails to currency converters to product bundles to name a few. Some integrations recommended are options to add a note with the giftwrap ( with a few options) xx
