The first time I used VITALS, I was immediately impressed by how easy it is to navigate. Quick tutorials are easily accessible for each feature... and there are PLENTY of awesome features! I love that I can easily manage my upsells, bundles, reviews, etc. all from one central dashboard. I am equally as impressed by the A1 level of customer service they've provided so far. The fact that they offer 24/7 assistance is a huge plus as it makes it easy to manage my business on my schedule. Recommended!

I just started using the app. After few times, the chat box icon couldn’t change Color. Contacted support team. Reymond & John were very responsive, patient & helpful. Wonderful!

This app has been a game changer - deleted at least 5 other apps and saved over $100 per month by using just this app. Easy to configure and heaps of options to improve numerous areas of the site. Support crew are ridiculously helpful (Reymond you rock!), prompt in their action and response and go above and beyond to meet your needs. 10 stars if possible!!

This app is great, it does so much. We moved our reviews over from Stamped, and we needed a bit of help with it but Michael has been super helpful. We now have a reviews app for basically free, as we were already using VITALS for the upsell app. Their customer service is very responsive! Would highly recommend.

I have been using this app for more than a year. Simply, it provides a solution to almost all needs for a successful store. Despite being a multifunction app each and every function works great. For sure this is impressive but the amazing here is the merchant service team stands behind this app. I had many questions lately and have been in contact with the team many times a day for the last two weeks. Most of my questions were replied to in less than an hour if not in minutes. Michael is a star with his technical knowledge and patience. Great app and an amazing team. I'm very happy with what I have been able to do with it so far. I have run into a few road blocks and the technical support has been great help.
