Vitals: Reviews, Bundles & 40+

We are very glad that we chose Vitals. Right now we are using 6 apps with them and they all work wonderfully helping us to attract more customers in the funnel. But what is more important is their excellent customer service. They answer promptly, very friendly and professionally. Especially want to say thanks to Filip and Zeus, these people are super helpful!

Amazing app, even better service. Incredible combination. I had a couple of different apps before doing reviews, bundles, etc. I switched to VITALS because it seemed more economical and I liked the idea of having all the apps integrated. I am so glad I made that decision. While separate apps might do things at a more detailed level - the VITALS app does a lot of things incredibly well, works really well together, and is quick to load. I am using a number of different functions from the app and getting great results and feedback from customers. What really stands out is their service. They provide 24/7 service and support. I have reached out to them so many times now and they are quick to respond and so willing to help. Recently, I had a tough issue that we were struggling to solve - there was a bunch of back and forth and we had to involve Shopify - but VITALS support stuck with it and were able to get to the root cause and fix it. Incredible support. Highly recommend it - there is lots of good reasons for why they have a solid 5 stars with almost 1300 reviews.

Crazy good. Killed tons of apps for us, and the support is top notch. Quick fixes and small customizations are done super fast.

Great app! Includes many features to increase conversion rate and order value. Really happy with it since you can customize a lot. Also thumbs up to the help desk, they're really quick and always willing to help.

Not only is the app super easy to use, it has meant i can delete other apps, as its an all-in-one solution. When i had a small issue with a button text colour i emailed help centre and within 5 minutes the issue was resolved and i had a reply to confirm this, at the weekend!

I wasn't really into the app that has so many function but man!! This is one of the best app I've ever seen. The support team is always there to help and every function work together perfectly. I'm so glad I decided to give this a try.

This App is so far ahead of the Game!! I dont even want to mention the amount of great Features they offer, but to express my joy with this app. Customer Service is on point, short respond time there for you to help 24/7. One thing that also really stands out is the Dialog between Developers and Users. They always come up with new Features and Adjustments, it has just been a real pleasure for me and my company to work with Vitals as an Partner. Thanks a lot , and greetings to Costin ;)

The support from these guys is stellar! Had an issue with the interaction of the discounting with clearpay on the cart. In a matter of hours they'd made some changes on their server side and it was working perfectly along with an update to refresh whenever qty was changed. This was a second bug that was annoying me that they solved without me even asking. Brilliant.

Such an amazing app. It is indeed with 40 apps in one and more. I am no programmer and dont write code. Whatever the time, my questions at vitals support are answered fast and to the point. A support desk makes or breaks a product. These people are the ones you need! What a great app!!!

So far so good! As an ecommerce owner, it's easy to end up with a plethora of apps, all doing something different on your site. They can be great...but they do add up, and getting the to sync up and play nicely can be an issue. Am still exploring VITALS but already have found it a)easy to implement myself (bundles running on a new product in seconds) but b) when I did have an issue customising to fit brand, it was handled right there in chat.

Great app, great support answers really quickly. Easy configuration, used for bundles, banner, eu cookie banner, products recommandations, sales notifications, countdown timer, in cart upsell, etc, all you need for a shop to run perfectly! Love it!
