I found this app by way of TikTok and what a great find it is!! This App makes life so easy. No more having 10 free trials going and having to keep track of when bills are due! trust me when I say, this app has everything you need.. period! I want to someday have a Customer Support as amazing as the individuals I have dealt with from VITALS. I am hoping to continue partnering with VITALS for as long as I can be Successful in the Ecommerce World.

We are using multiple aspects of the Vitals 40+ app. They work great and add a lot of value to our shop. We recently found a glitch in one part of the app After reaching out to customer support, they were on top of it. They got the devs involved and had the problem fixed in no time. Excellent service and support!

The app paid for the first 4 months of its cost in the first 4 days. Equally important, the customer service is outstanding - TRULY outstanding. Fast, friendly and expert. I have had a great number of apps - and this is far and away the most useful one to date.

This app is amazing, it provides all of the essentials under one roof. Not only that, the customer service is the best we've ever experienced, we've been dealing with Costin who has been amazing, he has done everything in his power to make sure we get what we need. It's a bit more of a "jack of all trades, master of none" in a lot of the categories, at first. But their support team is so darn tremendous that they'll help you get it pretty much right where you want it for every small detail. Definitely plan on this being my go-to Shopify app to avoid having 10+ for same functionality.

I just began my store and was in the process of loading multiple apps and configuring them when a mentor told me about Vitals. I researched it, was astonished, unloaded, and cancel all of my other apps. I told them why and proceeded to configure Vitals. That was a few days ago. Today I signed into my Shopify account to find a warning from Vitals about a Drawer issue with my cart. Since I didn't know what it was referring to, I reached out to support. Costin responded quickly and helped me with the issue immediately. I was glad I could get rid of the drawer because as I was designing my store I didn't like that feature even though I didn't know what it was. Thank you, Costin and Vitals!! Just download it, its 11:20 pm and I am trying to do new up sales for my website for my ongoing sale. Costumer support, Costin, helped me with everything. I have a special custom shopify theme and he helped to make everything perfect from their side with in seconds. They have alot of apps i already use from different suppliers and If i stay with them after the trail it will be logic to drop the rest. So far thank you so much for going through with me and giving epic support
