I have recently started my Shopify account to completely redo my current business. In the last month, I've had to get so many apps. So I have seen a vast variety of customer support within them all. But I'd have to say that Vitals customer support is probably the best (I'd say even better than Shopify's customer support). They make it super easy to contact them (their chat icon is on the bottom corner of every page of their app). It seems like nowadays companies are trying to avoid as much customer service as they can. They make it difficult to allow you to contact them and they may not even be giving you the answers that you need. This app is exact opposite. They get back to you very quickly and they are happy to do anything for you. I wanted something custom for one of their apps and they went onto my page and manually took it off for me within the same day. I've also searched around the app a lot and noticed the vast variety of options. I can see how this app would save you time and money in the long run. And on one additional note, they continue to improve their app despite already having an average of a 5 star rating. They listen to their customers and do their best to continue coming out with new features to provide the best service.

If there is a standard for how an app should work and how support for that app works - these guys are the platinum+++ Costin is a legend, I've never had a support request looked at and resolved in 5 minutes! Could not recommend them highly enough the app is great, my page is now faster and better and so many things in the one place! Too easy! Looking forward to the new additions! Always great support from the Vitals team - thanks to John for sorting out some complex issues fast and efficiently!

Amazing app! Customer service is incredibly fast and helpful and it is very clear that they are trying to improve constantly, they are working on new apps, they welcome feedback (and act on it!). The product bundles & volume discounts are so easy to use and are perfectly integrated with their review system.

Great App! It's exactly what I was looking for, what I had in my mind. For example the colorful wheel for discounts. This is simply fun and makes shopping an experience. It's the details that make the difference. And 'Vitals' is the perfect name for it!

Great support, quick response and action. They fixed a bug that wasn’t even related to their app for me because they noticed it when fixing another issue. I’ve found this handy to just have the one app for many functions.

One of the main things I like about Vitals is no code required, all the apps are seamless. It has many useful apps for one affordable price. I contacted customer service to ask a query and the staff went above and beyond to assist me.

I literally cannot rate it better than 5 stars. What can you say, this app has it all, you get of the price of $29 - apps that will cost you $200+, plus you'll save a ton of speed as it's only one app, plus the customer service is beyond amazing!!!!!

THIS APP IS BADASS! First, let me tell you that I am not one to install an app into my website unless I do heavy research first. Currently, our website sits around the top 25,000 websites for traffic in the United States. Okay, I emailed these guys for support just to see how quick they might be and BAM 20 minutes later a response. Holy cow! What! 20 minutes. Okay, time to install, boom, I'm in playing with this app and trying out new features for the next 10 hours. There are virtually no flaws in anything I tried although I did decide to do a cart page after the install which for mobile works much better even with the sticky add to cart. I digress, this app is the bomb, I emailed and bugged support with questions and best roll out options for certain features at least 5 times! These guys are the real deal, responses so good that it almost makes you cry how good their service is. In the end I'm using almost 50% of the apps available. ROCK SOLID! If you have a shopify website and don't get this app well then you missed out on the best app on the Shopify app store, there's no contest! Thanks guys for making my website even more Badass! PS... we are going to install this app on our other business website.

Support is excellent. They are very prompt in their responses, polite and helpful. I hope the app can make customisation easier so that I don't need to bother the support for every little thing.
