We've been using this app for about 6-months now and absolutely love it! It works so seamlessly and really matches the layout of the site. You won't regret using this app! I've read customer reviews on other apps always claiming that the customer service is so fast, but I guarantee you those other apps are not nearly as fast as the Vitals Support Team (shout out to Vladimir). I had two separate requests this morning and they were both finished within seconds. Seriously! By the time I went to the printer to grab some paperwork and came back to my desk, I had already received an email that it was done. It's the best and quickest customer service I've ever had in my life.

Outstanding app. So many fab features for a good price. Very easy to use. Only used for a couple of hours and already seeing lots of benefits.

-This is a must have app for any shopify store, only 3 or 4 features of the 40 would cover the cost already! -For all the stores out there suffering with shipping try this: Currency converter + Smart Bar + Shipping information, this line alone will take you months and months of research with other apps, while Vital covers end to end solution. -Yes not all features will work as expected but overall value of this app outweighs its cost -Integration feature is just brilliant, something no one else is doing -Support is super quick & efficient, will go the extra mile to assist Overall, it is a must have.
Sounds like a no-brainer. Really appreciate it!

HOLY CRAP!!! Is this the BEST APP EVER or what??? I spent DAYS screwing around with other apps that filled my Shopify store up with junk files. Enter VITAL apps. Wow, just wow. Hmmmmm... let's see.... Easy to use? TICK! Beautiful styles? TICK! Every app I need rolled into one? TICK! Plus these guys ABSOLUTELY ROCKED IT with their customer service - it's the best I've ever had! Plus their system uses caching that doesn't bog your store down. It's a shame others have to know about this, I feel like I'm getting an unfair advantage by using it... Thanks team from VITAL :)

This is the best app I've ever used over my many years in ecom. The app is really easy to use and like that I have one place to go adjust my apps. The customer support has been wonderful and responsive.

We have been very happy with this App and with the Customer Service. There are a lot of "built in" apps within the overall product. We only use 10% of them so far, but really love the ones we are using and find a value in the app with just those 10%. We would highly suggest it.

This app is a no brainer, start the trial and you'll see so many valuable apps that will help. From 'Add to Cart animation', to 'Bundle Deals' and even a Wheel of Fortune, and 30+ more apps to check out. Additionally, the customer service will respond in 24 hours or less, and will likely solve the issue in that period. All in all you should get this app, and they are adding to it still.
This helps us so more customers find out how merchants like you are valued here in the VITALS family!

A sure 5 star review. We have been so pleased with this app for all that it has to offer and how smoothly it all runs. We save so much money from eliminating all the apps that this one covers. The app is amazing, so far all the apps inside this app work seamless, they are super easy to configure (in many cases you just need to press a button and it's done) and it does affect the speed of the store. You can save a lot of money as you can ditch all the other apps you have installed that do the same and it also helps improve the store speed as fewer apps mean your store will load faster. The support is astonishing, every time I contact them I get a timely and meaningful reply.

By far THE best support ever from an app developer! I had a lot of problems in my store which were all caused by other apps that left lots of code on my site causing speed issues and other clashes. I found that the most useful part of this app was the automatic currency conversion (only one that works with Shopify's new multi-currency!) but it's a great advantage installing just this one app as installing lots of different apps causes site speed problems. Highly recommended!

Incredible Value for the price - not 100% customizable but you can suggest features AND they listen. They have a fully visible Roadmap on trello. 100% pro Devs. Support is A+ (Responded within in hours)

Their customer service is unmatched by any other company I've seen. I was trying to get something to work for a while and finally gave in and used their chat feature to get help. I got a response immediately (at 1:30 am PST!) and the issue was fixed within 2 minutes (thank you Cezar). I can also drop almost all of the other apps I have plugged into my store for seamless management. Really impressed with the quality and the service. I don't think there is a better option out there for the price.

This app was recommended to me when i was looking to set up bundle offer and upsell for my products, i managed to set everything up very easy and i am very happy with it, also they have greau customer support that helped me right away. I strongly recommend, really easy to set up and customer support is very responsive!!!
