This app is perfect for what I need and the Representatives in the Chat are very helpful when you have any questions or colour changes etc. :)

Wow! This app has saved us hundreds of dollars a month, it has almost every feature you could need to run an e-commerce store. Additionally their customer service is the most recepetive and helpful I have EVER experienced. They went above and beyond and even helped me fix errors OTHER APPS, were causing on my site. Completely speechless!

It's a really good app and covers most of my needs. Occasionally I have had to reach out to support, and I've always got a reply and resolution within a day - I live in the opposite timezone as the developer, and that's never been an issue. I recommend this app + the support is really good.

I think Vitals is taking this platform by storm - not only a one-stop-shop with relevant and amazing products. The SUPPORT team is super fast and almost nothing gets in there a way to make unique custom changes within your store. only just installed it, however the live service chat is 5/5 .. also its allowed me to remove a bunch of apps such as trackify pixel perfect - wheelio etc etc... see how it goes update: vitals is amazing, the live chat and instant support is just we all need, esp when something goes wrong vs waiting days for a solution. I wish i just installed vitals from day 1... my website speed is now incredible.

This app does more than bunch of other apps together. I have it on both of my stores, and couldn't be happier. Piece of cake to get going with it, user-friendly and intuitive and customer service is superb. Gold nugget!!

We've been using this app for about 6-months now and absolutely love it! It works so seamlessly and really matches the layout of the site. You won't regret using this app! I've read customer reviews on other apps always claiming that the customer service is so fast, but I guarantee you those other apps are not nearly as fast as the Vitals Support Team (shout out to Vladimir). I had two separate requests this morning and they were both finished within seconds. Seriously! By the time I went to the printer to grab some paperwork and came back to my desk, I had already received an email that it was done. It's the best and quickest customer service I've ever had in my life.

Outstanding app. So many fab features for a good price. Very easy to use. Only used for a couple of hours and already seeing lots of benefits.

-This is a must have app for any shopify store, only 3 or 4 features of the 40 would cover the cost already! -For all the stores out there suffering with shipping try this: Currency converter + Smart Bar + Shipping information, this line alone will take you months and months of research with other apps, while Vital covers end to end solution. -Yes not all features will work as expected but overall value of this app outweighs its cost -Integration feature is just brilliant, something no one else is doing -Support is super quick & efficient, will go the extra mile to assist Overall, it is a must have.

HOLY CRAP!!! Is this the BEST APP EVER or what??? I spent DAYS screwing around with other apps that filled my Shopify store up with junk files. Enter VITAL apps. Wow, just wow. Hmmmmm... let's see.... Easy to use? TICK! Beautiful styles? TICK! Every app I need rolled into one? TICK! Plus these guys ABSOLUTELY ROCKED IT with their customer service - it's the best I've ever had! Plus their system uses caching that doesn't bog your store down. It's a shame others have to know about this, I feel like I'm getting an unfair advantage by using it... Thanks team from VITAL :)

This is the best app I've ever used over my many years in ecom. The app is really easy to use and like that I have one place to go adjust my apps. The customer support has been wonderful and responsive.

We have been very happy with this App and with the Customer Service. There are a lot of "built in" apps within the overall product. We only use 10% of them so far, but really love the ones we are using and find a value in the app with just those 10%. We would highly suggest it.
