You know an app is good when you go nearly a full year without needing to contact support- this is the 4th site we've installed it on!

LOVE this app so far.. There needs to be some tweaks to be able utilize more things but so far its great AND the most important thing is their customer service is GREAT!

I was stuck for hours trying to get my reviews to show on my page and nothing seemed to work. Out of desperation, I reached out to the team on a Saturday evening, not really expecting anyone to be around. To my surprise, Gary jumped in right away, quickly identified what he thought the issue was, and even sent me a short tutorial. I followed his steps and voilà, it worked! Absolutely amazing support.

Installed the app for MetOlijf.nl and Kliphord helped me out immediately for a bit of technical work. He did it in a jiffy and now I can grow in my UX. And that's amazing. Very glad I found Vitals!

Best all in one shopify app every store needs. Great value for money and it is packed with essential features required for your store. Highly recommend!
