Absolutely Essential for Serious Brands I've tested multiple Shopify apps, and Vitals is the only one that truly feels like a complete business partner. From product reviews and upsells to trust badges and pop-ups, everything is integrated beautifully into one intuitive dashboard. It replaced at least five separate apps I was using — which immediately sped up my store and simplified my workflow. The support team is fast, polite, and truly helpful (not just automated replies). Every tool is customizable, and everything stays consistent with my candle brand. This app is scalable, professional, and designed with growth in mind. Excellent App with Outstanding Customer Support! Fantastic App – I Only Stopped Because My New Theme Includes Everything I Need I used Vitals for about a year and was extremely happy with both the app and the customer service. The app is packed with valuable features that helped improve my store’s performance, and the AI-driven tools were a big plus. The customer support was outstanding — always quick, helpful, and solution-oriented. Every issue or question I had was handled with professionalism and care. The only reason I’ve stopped using Vitals is because I recently purchased a new Shopify theme that includes most of the features I need built-in. Otherwise, I would still be using it without hesitation. Highly recommended for any store looking to enhance functionality and user experience!

Everything is good except that they do not answer and leave you with the automated response which does not solve any problem. I do not think that artificial intelligence is effective in solving complex problems at the present time, so please add support workers to support such applications, as ten or 15 cannot answer applications that have many customers. To solve a problem in this application you have to message them within the application and send your request to the mail and wait for the time for them to respond to the mail at a time when they can respond to you within the website and this is very frustrating if you are in an urgent matter.

Literally cannot beat Vitals in anyway, 24/7 support. Even though sometimes it's email only it might as well be a live chat as they reply (with the fixed solution) within 10 minutes. Any problem with your website, they will fix it themselves and let you focus on what matters more. If you don't use vitals yet, be ready to save a hell of a lot of time and money...

this app is great, it has without exaggeration all the features you would need to have an optimised web page. I ask for a change in my sticky add to cart in there support chat and in literally 45 min the change was made. This app is literally every app you need in one-- if you are starting out this app is essential, will save you time and money. Approved R.S
