Vitals is a very useful tool to increase sales in the online store, its customer service is impeccable, really very efficient. I miss that it does not have visual editing tools, such as editing texts, size, colors, etc. If they are asked to do it, they are happy to do it, but it is always preferable to be able to do it yourself. Totally recommended VITALS.

Quite easy to use and very beneficial - The price point is too high for new stores though that's why I would say the rating is 4 instead of 5. Other than that it's pretty solid.

I love Vitals, it's awesome! It has so many useful features that are improving my store by a lot! The support is great, always friendly and available to make any customization I desire. Well done! I would give the Vitals app 5 stars if I didn't have to pay the full monthly price while still building my store. I would love the option of a 'Pause and Build Plan' like what Shopify offers. A 7-30 day trial just isn't long enough.

Still tinkering with the app in the trial period. so far so good. the support is pretty great, they respond pretty quickly on chat.

Very easy to navigate the apps and all its inbuilt features. Support staff are very helpful, Mirium was on hand to avoid me having a metldown!

J'ai utilisé différentes fonctionnalités : Vente croisée, Avis clients, Vente connexe et bien d'autres encore. Cette application propose un combiné de fonctionnalités très utiles pour les e-shop. Compte tenu du rapport qualité-prix, cela est très correcte car elle regroupe plusieurs applications qui sont elles-mêmes payantes donc l'application est très abordable ! L'essai gratuit de 30 jours permet de tout tester et comme on dit l'essayer c'est l'adopter. + Application en anglais mais avec un traducteur intégré donc pour les non anglophones c'est très pratique. ++ le service client est disponible quasiment 24H/24 ce qui est vachement utile quand on bosse sur le site internet la nuit ! Je recommande vraiment cette application !

Great app. There are a lot more features than advertised. My only gripe is that other apps can do the same thing but better (in my opinion), however finding said apps take a while and aren't drastically cheaper.

Vitals covers many of our needs, and all apps are surprisingly easy to use for a first time Shopifier, such as myself. Missing a few features on a few of the apps, which is the only reason for not getting a full score, but the quick and helpful support, as well as rapid development of many good apps, is fantastic. Will keep using this, and looking forward to more new apps from Vitals

Goede app om meerdere marketingtechnieken mee toe te voegen aan je webshop. de standard modules werken goed. wanneer je wilt afwijken van de standaard is dit echter wel moeilijk te doen. gelukkig help de chat support wel om dit mee op te lossen.

Worth it for the amount of apps available. Many options are missing but customer support is very fast and helpful.
