VITALS IS AMAZING!! With so many much-needed apps rolled into one, it's super convenient to work with inside Shopify. I love the Bundles, BOGO, GWP, Announcement Bar, Free Shipping... And I am barely touching the surface of what is on offer. The tutorials and videos on YouTube are easy to understand. However, if you get stuck, the support team are quick to respond and help solve any issues or requests you may have. Hands down, it is my favourite app! 10/10! Highly recommended. Excellent variety of tools that have highly customisable appearances. It helps that everything is really user friendly and accompanied by an AI chatbot that actually helps answer questions too. We actually raised a feature request to improve some UI and it was implemented within a week with the support of the CEO. Love it so far!
