Fantastic App – I Only Stopped Because My New Theme Includes Everything I Need I used Vitals for about a year and was extremely happy with both the app and the customer service. The app is packed with valuable features that helped improve my store’s performance, and the AI-driven tools were a big plus. The customer support was outstanding — always quick, helpful, and solution-oriented. Every issue or question I had was handled with professionalism and care. The only reason I’ve stopped using Vitals is because I recently purchased a new Shopify theme that includes most of the features I need built-in. Otherwise, I would still be using it without hesitation. Highly recommended for any store looking to enhance functionality and user experience!

Excellent app and the customer service is 5 star. So many features in one app

Everything is good except that they do not answer and leave you with the automated response which does not solve any problem. I do not think that artificial intelligence is effective in solving complex problems at the present time, so please add support workers to support such applications, as ten or 15 cannot answer applications that have many customers. To solve a problem in this application you have to message them within the application and send your request to the mail and wait for the time for them to respond to the mail at a time when they can respond to you within the website and this is very frustrating if you are in an urgent matter.
