I'm so upset why I didn't know about vital app before if anyone runs Shopify store then it's the bigist mistake not to install a vital app The vital app is supre duper excelent ,great functionality and works very well I would say east or west ,vital is the best!

Has everything you could need. Would require about 20 other additional paid apps combined to do everything Vitals can do. $30.00 Very Justified.

We are enjoying using Vitals. We are not using all the available Apps but are happy with the ones we are using. Also, great and accessible customer support which is always a good sign. Thanks Team.

We have been very pleased with the diversity of offerings through Vitals. If we had one recommendation for enhancement, it would be to the bundling features. We ran into placement issues that made one of our bundle offerings difficult for customers to locate and take advantage of during Black Friday/ Cyber Monday. We continue to experiment with offerings and are pleased with the app as a whole.

Vitals has greatly helped me understand whatever the hell I've been doing because I don't really understand it completely like that. BUT vitals has made the job a lot easier to maneuver around and go about it. So for that reason, I thank you, and you can have all 5 of my stars fr. (oooo you want to give me a free subscription for a year now ooooo you love me oooooo)

Installed the app today. It does a great job of walking you through initial setup. I was concerned that with 40 tools, it would be a giant mishmash of settings, etc. But this was not so. It is very well organized. One surprise was that the 30 day free trial is not the default. It's only 7 days to start with. You have to setup and enable some of the tools to earn the full 30 days. At first, I was annoyed, but then I saw how well they guide you through this, making it easy to take the steps and earn the extra time. This approach was highly effective in helping me to get immediate benefit from it. Now I'm completely satisfied and happy with Vitals. While setting it up, there was one thing I thought could be done better. I reached out to them and they had a solution in about 30 minutes. I was completely blown away by their responsiveness. I am a very happy customer. I could not have wished for a better Day One experience.

Every store needs this app first before considering any other one. Excellent customer support too!
