We have been very pleased with the diversity of offerings through Vitals. If we had one recommendation for enhancement, it would be to the bundling features. We ran into placement issues that made one of our bundle offerings difficult for customers to locate and take advantage of during Black Friday/ Cyber Monday. We continue to experiment with offerings and are pleased with the app as a whole.

Vitals has greatly helped me understand whatever the hell I've been doing because I don't really understand it completely like that. BUT vitals has made the job a lot easier to maneuver around and go about it. So for that reason, I thank you, and you can have all 5 of my stars fr. (oooo you want to give me a free subscription for a year now ooooo you love me oooooo)

Installed the app today. It does a great job of walking you through initial setup. I was concerned that with 40 tools, it would be a giant mishmash of settings, etc. But this was not so. It is very well organized. One surprise was that the 30 day free trial is not the default. It's only 7 days to start with. You have to setup and enable some of the tools to earn the full 30 days. At first, I was annoyed, but then I saw how well they guide you through this, making it easy to take the steps and earn the extra time. This approach was highly effective in helping me to get immediate benefit from it. Now I'm completely satisfied and happy with Vitals. While setting it up, there was one thing I thought could be done better. I reached out to them and they had a solution in about 30 minutes. I was completely blown away by their responsiveness. I am a very happy customer. I could not have wished for a better Day One experience.

Like 50 apps in one.. well worth the money and I dont know what i would do without it! The best part is the super responsive, quick and helpful customer service. I had a couple of issues where I couldn’t figure out why some things weren’t showing up and they sorted it out within minutes. Highly recommend!

I can't see all these 5 stars. (1) Why on earth would any lead capture app give up the code to a fake email rather than deliver the code by email. That's the entire point of it. (2) If you use spin the wheel, all you have to do is click the page and it will go away. So, the decline statement is useless. Usage charges will break the bank. Every app promises conversions until you ask them about it. If every app produced those conversions we'd all have 100% conversion would we not? The sale timer is cool, but plenty of those out there. The star reviews are cool, but again, plenty of those. Usage charges & codes given for fake emails that clutter up your lists are the two biggest drawbacks.

As a business owner, I rely on tools like Vitals to run my promotions smoothly, especially during peak sales events like Black Friday and Christmas. Unfortunately, this app works like the flip of a coin—it’s completely unreliable. During the biggest marketing event of the year, our Buy X, Get Y and bundle promotions failed miserably. Discounts were inconsistently applied, leaving us to manually adjust orders, which cost us over AT LEAST $15,000 in lost sales and additional staffing costs to fix the mess. Worse, their "support" was nonexistent when we needed it most. If you’re looking for an app to automate your promotions, don’t trust Vitals. You’ll lose money and spend more time fixing their errors than actually running your business. For entrepreneurs who can’t afford downtime or lost revenue, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

I can't believe how many amazing apps Vitals has to offer in this bundle. I honestly don't know how I didn't discover this app earlier. I would have saved so much time and energy had I just installed this app, rather than the dozen or so different apps I had installed. At least I can delete all the other apps I will never use again because the apps in Vitals are so much better than anything else I had.
