Not only does the app have great features and integrates seamlessly, the support service is outstanding. I've always gotten a reply withing 20-45 Minutes and the issues where resolved really quickly. With Vitals you really feel like you've got a competend, professional team assisting you if anything shouldn't work properly, which almost never happens! An absolute essential for shopify.

Vitals has so many apps inside of it that could be game changers. To be honest, I'm new to this so I have only tried a handful of them, but so far they are fabulous!! I'm interested in using more of the products for sure! I just have to figure out how to do it! They do offer support for those though so I look forward to diving even deeper into my settings etc to make my store even more efficient and easy to manage. Thanks Vitals!
