This is my second store using this app. Absolutely worth every penny.
Excellent app! So many great features, I particularly love the upsell and replay features, allowing you to view customers behaviour on the site. This has given me great insight into areas I need to optimise. The customer service is also excellent and the chat bot has been a life saver. I have had my questions answered in seconds. Would highly recommend Vitals

Not only does the app have great features and integrates seamlessly, the support service is outstanding. I've always gotten a reply withing 20-45 Minutes and the issues where resolved really quickly. With Vitals you really feel like you've got a competend, professional team assisting you if anything shouldn't work properly, which almost never happens! An absolute essential for shopify.
