Vitals: Reviews, Bundles & 40+

Thank you for your feedback. Being competent, available, and fast is the bar we hold our support team to, so it means a lot that all three came through for you. The competence part is the one I deeply care about. Vitals packs 40+ apps into one: Product Reviews, Upsell Builder, Sticky Add to Cart, Currency Converter, Volume Discounts, and many more. Our whole support team are experts of all of these, and I'm glad that our team was able to immediately assist and fix things in minutes. I'll make sure the team sees this. We're here whenever you need a hand. Write to us at [email protected].

Thank you very much for this feedback. I'm glad our team was able to meet your intended design for our Cart Drawer app. While our Cart Drawer comes with plenty of built-in styling options, custom CSS can still be applied for those who need a little more fine-tuning. I'll be glad to pass your note along to the team. If you want to do the same type of customization to our Product Reviews, Upsell Builder, or Sticky Add to Cart apps, to name a few, don't hesitate to contact us and we'd be glad to take care of it for you. Thank you, and I'll pass this straight to John. He'll be glad it reached him. Live chat is where the hardest help happens. Setting up something like the Product Reviews or Sticky Add to Cart while you're mid-task means getting it right the first time, with you watching, and John is very good at that. We're right here whenever you need us, at [email protected]. Michael, Head of Support
