I couldn't agree more with all the other reviews listed below and above this one! Highly recommend. Ran into some trouble and this lovely lady Miriam immediately came online and resolved my issues within minutes. I have never encountered such a great all-in-one solution and customer support team! Absolutely love this app. Has so many things in one place and is easy to use. I have always had a good response with any queries when contacting their support team, and they have always sorted the issue if there was one.

Very positive experience so far! I just started exploring Vitals app and have to say it is ticking many boxes in terms of what I need for enhancing experience for my customers on our website. I had one request for the team to change the background image for my pop up and got help pretty much instantaneously. Very pleased with the service so far and looking forward to exploring additional capabilities.
