Excellent customer service. Magaly is top notch, she needs a raise. I needed help with a CSV file and she edited it for me with the product_handle I gave her. She did it so fast too which was impressive. Overall 10/10

i would recommend this app it makes everything so easy and simple to understand and i love how they also have videos to explain in case you're confused.

The app is amazing and has a ton of functionalities. It is basically a hundred apps combined into one and seamlessly integrates with the Shopify store. Tons of customization, and the support is the quickest and most efficient I've seen by far!

This guys are the best. If you are just starting out or are in the ecomerce bussines for some time, i gladly recomend you to try out their app, and btw they have great customers support!

The reason for 5 stars is because they have excellent support and fast help when you need it the most. It is easy to use, contains almost everything you need, and the price is really good for what it offers. You can build a nice store with their features at a nice price, for sure. The features are good, and I believe that they can contribute to our growth in e-commerce.

I got support in 2 mins, and they solved all my issues quite quick I was surprised the way they solved it. And also helped me with on unrelated problem of their app. which had nothing to do with them.

Diese App spart mir so viel Geld. Hatte ein Buck auf der Website, hab dem Support geschrieben und die haben innerhalb 10 min. den Buck fixiert. Mega

I find the apps to be incredible and not having to go out to different vendors is nice too. All in one app and managing is a top benefit. I like the live view of visitors to the website allows me to troubleshoot if something is not working on the website.

So far I have to say this app is very impressive. So many tools that have the same feel and look, implementing so many features that would require many more apps. I have a good template so many of the features I already have but the replay feature is nice and clean and doesn't appear to be slowing down the site like many others. Great value for any store but they should have a cheaper level for those starting up. Other than that, bravo!

Still on the trial phase, but amazed at all this app can do! And the support team is super fast, friendly, and HELPFUL!
