John Paul B. he helped me so much with using this app. I love using this app since a lot of details can be changed. If you love making the website look better (who doesn't) , this app is absolutely a way to go. I recommend a lot!

The support team is incredible, and a shout-out to John Seth and Magaly. We switched over from a different Reviews app to Vitals, and I am blown away by this team's responsiveness. Changing apps is typically a nightmare, but this team has smoothed the transition. Thank you so much!

This app contains everything you need from product reviews, to upsells, to quality of life enhancements for your Shopify store. It's like 50 apps in one. In addition to this value, the support team is top notch. No matter what the issue setting up your store, the Vitals team will always respond within 12 hours of sending them an email. I would recommend this app to anybody starting or currently running a Shopify store.

I had an absurd request and John Seth was able cater and help me within minutes! If not for the apps, the fast help you get from Vitals in insane! Love this app so much and 30/month is really worth the money. Thanks again John!
