So many amazing apps in 1. If I could only choose 1 app, this would be it. Customer service has been fantastic when I have questions about using the apps and even helped me manually input a csv of my customer reviews when I was having issues. They went above and beyond with their assistance. The Visitor replays has been priceless when it comes to dialing in the user experience in my shop. Seeing how people were using the site and where they were clicking has been amazing. Plus, Vitals has already sparked $100 in sales and helped me gather 40 emails and my free trial is only half over. I'll be a life-time customer. You won't regret this tool!

"Vitals" is absolutely AMAZING!! It has everything an ecommerce owner needs to level up their store and give the (potential) customer a fully optimized shopping experience. It's very easy to set up the apps of your choice. Everything is adjustable to fit the look and feel of my store. Another big plus is the possibility to adjust the language, which gives my website visitors the best experience when browsing my website. I'm so glad I found this app and can't wait to see the results of growing my store thanks to "Vitals". Oh and btw, the support is absolutely AWESOME!!

okay this app so far is absolutely amazing. it literally has 40+ apps in one place, their designs fit shopify's themes and are fully customizable and the support team is fantastic. You're actually able to edit more than what's displayed if you ask for help including the font and design.

Interferes with automatic discounts within Shopify. The "bundle and save" feature of this app keeps adding extra discounts that it should not be in the cart (on top of the automatic discount from Shopify). Then when the correct price is shown at checkout, with only the automatic discount, I have disappointed/angry customers. They fixed this for my previous automatic discount after some back and forth emailing, but it's annoying that I would have to do that every time I change my automatic discount. It's Black Friday, I don't have time for that. Other than that, it's been a useful app. The reviews feature is probably the one I get the most use out of.
