I am pleased to provide an update to my previous review of the Vital App for Shopify. Following my initial disappointment with the support experience, I was pleasantly surprised when the Head of Support, Michael, reached out to me. Michael took the time to understand my concerns and was genuinely committed to resolving the issues I had encountered. His approach was not only professional but also empathetic, acknowledging my frustration and demonstrating a sincere desire to assist. Through effective communication and troubleshooting, Michael successfully addressed all the problems I had faced with the app. He went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was not only rectified but also improved. In light of Michael's outstanding efforts and the positive resolution of my issues, I am updating my rating to a well-deserved five stars. I'm pretty happy with it so far. There's things I like, things I don't like. I don't like the fact that I can't put a photo in the subscribe pop up. The generic ones are pretty ugly IMO. I don't like how when you create 2 different bundle spend upsells, the system goes to the lower one only and won't show both. I would like to see the first one give 10% off if our customers get to $150 and then once they hit that spend, another pop up should prompt them to get up to our 15% off bundle spend of $250. I also find the email service very expensive at $300/month. That's insane.

There's a reason for all the 5 star reviews. It has every additional app you need, load time is still fast, customer support is on point. Worth every penny.
