Vitals is really easy to work with. It offers different types of add ons you can try out and enable or disable to your liking. Currently still learning a lot about all of the features that are offered. They are also very open to new suggestions and have great customer support. Recommended.

Great customer service with a wide variety of widgets available to help boost sales and grow your business

We are still new to using this app, but the one thing that i really like is the customer support. They're always available, even at 3AM to answer my questions via the Chat option. There are a couple of things that i would like to see improvement in the future such as allowing customers to pick their BOGO items rather than giving them just one suggested option at checkout. Overall, I really like this app and i look forward to more features in the future.

It is the most comprehensive app, almost everything I need, I found in this app. The support is really reachable, they also help you customize your snippet if needed. Only drawback is that we cannot customize easily the snippets by ourselves yet.
