I´m just starting with this app, as my website is still under construction but I have to say that the support team is being so helpful. I needed a couple of adjustments and the answers ware very fast and solved what I needed. Hope when we are on the road it also helps to increase sales! Thanks a lot!

I use this app for upselling, reviews, and instant search now. There are some parts about the upsell offers that I cannot fully figure out(rules). Also, it would be great if more physical customization were available for different apps. Rather than these, all is good. The support team is also very helpful

Support was not helpful. Refused to process a refund claiming that their refund system is down. I contacted shopify and they told me that isn't true. The app owner can process a refund at anytime.
Hi there, We would like to clarify this feedback, as it is surely a misunderstanding. We never refuse processing of legitimate refunds and we do have a generous 30-day money back policy, no questions asked. However, last month Shopify updated the permission system that controls who can issue refunds, which led to an increase in turnaround time. We've already started a conversation with Shopify on this matter, to find a better solution. We hope that you can see the status of the refund request on the emails that we have sent, together with a more detailed explanation of this unusual situation.

Great App. Multiple options and apps you can use with just ONE App. I had some little Problems but John from the customer support team helped me out within seconds. He also fixed some little issues he found in my shop. Thanks so much!

Start to using this app two days , and found it's very helpful. Quite a lot functions in the app , and it's not expensive, it's definitely worth it. Currently we are mainly use the Upsell bundle and Pre- order functions in it. I have to say that the Upsell bundle is the most useful app i have ever use, the bundle related products recommand in the cart brings so much sell. And also they're customer service are so good, patient and enthusiastic also high skilled.

Amazing app & efficient customer service! We've been using Vitals for a while now and it's super easy to use plus it includes so many apps. If you have any issues, the customer service is fast and efficient. I highly recommend it!

Vitals has been fantastic! It's basically replaced the collection of smaller apps I was piling onto my store with faster, simpler, specialized functions within the one app interface. Customer support is super fast to reply and helpful with troubleshooting as well!

I love this app for my bulk discounts, cross sells and upsells. Best thing about VITALS? The customer service! I had an issue that was resolved quickly with custom solutions that were beyond my expectations. I highly recommend.

This app has so many useful features and add-ons for the value of money. I have also contacted support chat multiple times to get some information or help regarding setting up the products and the experience has been wonderful and fast.

This app is perfect. A-Z cover for everything you need to your store. By far, they have the best customer service I have ever encountered in my life. They're awesome! I highly recommend them!

This app is awesome! So many options within one app, and it's fantastic value for money. Also, just as importantly, the support service is 10/10. They are quick, patient and get any issues sorted asap. I dealt with Michael today, twice, and he was amazing. 10/10 :-)
