I really love this app. It has so many features all under one banner. Some which have worked really well for us so far. The product bundles, the description tabs, the banners, the recently viewed and related products. I'm still working my way through it and trying different applicatons all the time. Had a problem with one feature and it was sorted through the chat in less than 30 minutes by John Paul. For the money it is simply amazing and has increased the functionality of our site immensely. I look forward to using further and seeing what new features are added.

Vital har som navnet tilsier alt man trenger for markedsføring i en og samme app. Vel, alt vi har trengt så langt ihvertfall, og da har vi ikke engang kommet oss gjennom alt av funksjonlitet de tilbyr. Alt fungerer som det skal, og mest av alt er supporten helt fantastisk. I tillegg til skreddersydde tutorial videoer for alle funksjoner, så stiller de opp med det samme hvis man trenger å tilpasse noe, eller lurer på hvordan noe skal gjøres. Man sitter nesten igjen med følelsen av de jobber for oss. Meget bra - anbefales!

Great app with many functions that could be standalone apps on their own. Contains almost everything you will need for your store. Also fast support helping out with anything I needed.

Their support is 24/7, responed within mins, really good app, I only used a few functions but will try all the functions hope can boost the sales

Stellar customer service. I submitted a ticket and within 15 minutes I had someone reach out directly. The problem was resolved in under a half hour from when I sent it in. The products offered are also a tremendous value given that you'd typically need a handful of apps to accomplish just a portion of what Vitals can do. I'm very happy with the product all around.

The support/customer service on this app is AMAZING. They have a live chat that's apparently available 24/7 with the most efficient and helpful reps I've experienced on an app to date. I had a bunch of specific little things I needed to customize to my store, and one of the reps (shout out to Michael) was unbelievably attentive, polite and efficient. I'm so impressed!
