The support/customer service on this app is AMAZING. They have a live chat that's apparently available 24/7 with the most efficient and helpful reps I've experienced on an app to date. I had a bunch of specific little things I needed to customize to my store, and one of the reps (shout out to Michael) was unbelievably attentive, polite and efficient. I'm so impressed!

I have yet to find another app that offers this much value. I am blown away by how many features are available AND ones that actually work well to upgrade my existing theme. Couldn't recommend more. Their customer service is AMAZING too. Fast response, professional, friendly and detailed.

Ha dentro 90% delle cose che servono per migliorare il proprio store. Ottimo servizio di assistenza e prezzo onesto considerando il fatto che per la stessa somma spesso i plugin di shopify offrono solo una delle funzioni presenti in Vitals.

Probably the best pricing of any app, and even with that pricing they don't skip on the support. I've had numerous small issues and changes which got fixed in no time.
