This app is perfect. A-Z cover for everything you need to your store. By far, they have the best customer service I have ever encountered in my life. They're awesome! I highly recommend them!

This app is awesome! So many options within one app, and it's fantastic value for money. Also, just as importantly, the support service is 10/10. They are quick, patient and get any issues sorted asap. I dealt with Michael today, twice, and he was amazing. 10/10 :-)

The fact that you get so many apps in one is just awesome. The one thing that drives me nuts about shopify is that you have to add lots of different apps and when u have a challenge each app blames the other. It’s a vicious circle of trying to figure out what’s wrong. With vitals one customer service person to help with so many things. And the customer service is stellar. They even suggest thing to help improve something I didn’t even notice was wrong. A-PLUS!! Thank you vitals team.

I have tried many free app and paid apps on Shopify. However, it is recently that i used Vitals. This app is really cool. It is an all-in-one app which u can just subscribe and forget about all other apps. Their CS is also great. I wanted a new payment logo which is not inside their standard configuration and John Paul just help to me to setup on our website. Thank you.

Lots of really useful options here! No coding for the most part and for the marketer in us all, it gives you so many options - Upsell, recently viewed, bundles, etc. Also, their customer service is top notch! They will help you will anything that you are not sure how to do. Highly recommend!

Loads of functionality and excellent support. Only hamstrung by the fact that Shopify only allows one discount code to be used per transaction.

I have used several apps and have wanted to find an app that has many features but is all in one. This is the app!! The best part is that the customer service is EXCELLENT and is willing to help with specific needs. Definitely recommend!

We use the app for a few things - Volume discounts, Product bundles, Payment Icons and so far, we love it. You wouldn't expect all the features to work so well on an app that offers so many, but they really do. Not to mention the excellent customer support - Jed was amazing at helping us customize the product Bundle section on our theme. You rarely find that amongst Shopify apps, even the more expensive ones. 5 stars for sure!

Amazing app, they got everything you need. Super friendly support team available 24/7, everything's easy to use, it looks nice and overall very happy with this app! Though, I sometimes find it a bit hard to navigate through the pages without searching. Other than that, they got it all. Would totally recommend!

Since last week, I've been communicating with the plugin's customer service about whether the style of the [product bundle] display can be modified, and the customer service replied quickly that it can, and then contacted their technical team to modify it. It took some time in the middle of the modification, and the customer service will communicate with me in time about the latest modified style of the technical team and modify it according to my needs. All in all, the customer service team was very efficient, the communication process was pleasant, and the technology was able to meet my requirements. :)
